I’ve used this company twice. Jackie is very prompt answering the phone. Alfonso came to give me a quote same day. They were at my house doing work the next day. I have palm trees next to my pool. Alfonso pointed out that the roots are lifting my cement and could possibly do damage to my pool if I don’t remove the trees soon, possibly within a year. They are very honest, professional and affordable. I highly recommend!!!

This is the second time we used New Image Tree Care and again were so amazed at the care they took on cutting down huge trees! Alfonso cut down a 50 ft pine tree limb by limb so he wouldnt cause any damage.
The crew is fast and works together to make sure everything is cleaner than before! I took videos and pictures to share. In a word Amazing!

This is my second time getting service from New Image Tree Care. They were prompt, professional, Quick, fair priced. They have their own equipment. Large crew. Very clean work.

We used New Image Tree care to remove a couple palm trees in our back, as well as prep/​lay down new sod and repair our sprinklers. I feel their price was very affordable and fair, with no hidden costs. The crew arrived on time and worked very quickly, they had the entire job done in about 6 hours which was impressive! They cleaned everything up before they left and my yard looked great! Our new sod took beautifully, except for one small area along the fence line. I called them back and they came out and fixed the patch as they said they would! I really appreciate their follow up! If you are looking for a straight forward and honest experience I highly recommend New Image. We will definitely use them again when we are ready to renovate our front yard.

Flat out my best experience with any type of landscaping company. From the moment I called Jackie at their office to get an estimate every thing went smoothly. Alfonso came out at the scheduled time and provided me with a surprisingly low estimate. I made the appointment for the removal of a Ficus tree. Alfonso and a crew showed up right on time with all the proper equipment. The 35 ft tree was in a difficult location between two houses and within an hour and a half it and all the mess was gone. Not a bit of damage to either house!

Fantastic full service company! Fair prices and they were the only ones who provided a written price quote and confirmation job order. The foreman Alfonzo arrived approximately 15 minutes early to confirm which trees and which stumps. The crew of 4 arrived ON THE DOT at 11:00 with all the heavy equipment. All were polite, in uniform and went straight to work. Big job completed in about 2 hours. Very clean and neat. They even stationed one crew member in our neighbor’s yard throughout the job and made sure that was clean as well. This was a very experienced crew – not much talking, just a few whistles and hand signals for any kind of synchronization. Super impressed with the quality of work and professionalism.

I was referred to this company my father in law. I really glad he gave me there info because they were great. Beat pricing by far and we’re very responsive when I called. They came to my house and made a big project into a very small job. Very fast. Cleaned up my yars very nicely. Overall very satisfied with the job they did. Would recommend to anyone.

I needed a large eucalyptus tree cut down and stump grinded. I called around and new image had the best prices. They communicated well and they showed up right on time. I was very impressed at how fast and efficient they worked. They were even able to do some work for my neighbor who was impressed with them and had them take down two trees for him. I’ve had experience with two other popular local tree companies and I would definitely hire New Image again.

We used New Image Tree Care to remove 4 very tall eucalyptus trees and clean up a hill slope property. I am recommending this company to all neighbors and friends who need tree care. I was able to easily schedule a date that worked for my schedule and there was always easy and instant communication with the company (I had to get two different permits for the job and this company was on top of quickly faxing over needed docs to the city). The owner and his crew are very hard workers and did an excellent job, went above and beyond what I originally anticipated. The price of the project was very fair, probably the best in town. I would definitely use this company again.

Just hired New Image Tree Care to come clean up my palms, birds of paradise, ice plant on the slope, remove a couple of trees etc. They made my jungle look like an Oasis again. Once the appointment was set they arrived promptly and finished the job within 2 hours. The communication between the owners and myself was just amazing. First time customers and needed someone to trim 3 palm trees. Called around 930am this Saturday, had a quote by noon and job began at 2pm and finished by 3pm. We are very happy and pleased with the service and clean up. We will be using New Image Tree Care Service in the future.
