I don’t typically write reviews for services or goods I purchase but I felt the need to write up a review for my experience with getting a mortgage refi with Nathan Chabolla and his team.
This is my second time dealing with the mortgage process and it blew my first experience out of the water. Nathan was extremely helpful and approachable in helping my wife and I understand the refinance process and I can felt he was genuinely looking out for our best interest.
Nathan was able to get my interest rate down more than a full percent to 3.625% and did it an extremely fast manner. Every request we asked of, Nathan delivered on. Sophie Harvey, the sales assistant, was phenomenal at responding to my emails and texts within minutes whenever we had questions. The processors Tawna and Shawn also helped us get the paperwork done very quickly and answered all my questions I had. April at GuaranteedRate was amazing as well.
We went from assuming this whole refi process would be confusing and stressful but Nathan and his team made it extremely easy to understand, saved us $ 100’s a month on our monthly payments, and it was stress free. I highly recommend using Nathan and his team as I will definitely use him in the future. Awesome experience!

Beyond impressed with Nathan and his team of professionals. We do not have enough words to express our gratitude for all their hard work dealing with our transactions needs.
Nathan, Sophie, Shawn and Tanya handled our very complex transaction in the most professional, efficient, and most importantly «headache-​free» manner.
Here are some facts:
— Our entire transaction needed to close in less than 20 days. This included the sale of my old house and the purchase of our new home.
— Nathan was always ahead of the game (beat my realtor too). He sent me very detailed information regarding his company and his team, his national and local ratings and of course a very detailed list of documents he needed from us. That alone already made me feel comfortable I was working with the best.
— Despite the challenge and tight deadline, Nathan and his team kept us reassured things were going to work out. We received updates thru the entire transaction, and a very fast turn around whenever they needed anything from us. We were informed on our status the entire time.
— Sophie is the most reliable person I have ever done business with. She was very responsive to any questions we had, returned e-​mails/​calls very promptly, and her customer service skills are superb. She always answered our questions in a very professional and friendly manner.
— Shawn, handled our loan documents in a professional way and was very good about getting stuff to us fast to get them signed asap.
— Tanya, again very helpful and easy to work with.
Despite the super tight deadline, Nathan and his team helped us close both transactions in time and successfully without any pains or headaches. I am very thankful my realtor knows Nathan and referred us to him. Without Nathan, Sophie, Shawn and Tanya we would had not be able to buy our dream home! We will forever be thankful and we highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable lender.

I don’t think I can put in to words how satisfied I am with Nathan and his entire team with their assistance on our first home purchase. My husband and I had our own lender, but were told by the listing agent that he wanted a quick close of 21 days. Our existing lender told us that 21 days would be impossible. So we were referred, by the listing agent, to Nathan and his team. At first, I was a bit upset and feeling uneasy as we had been dealing with our previous lender for months. But after speaking with Nathan, he made us feel comfortable, and even explained with detail, and patience, some of the things we did not understand.
I worked mainly with Sophie and she was heaven sent. Any question I had about the loan and process, she was happy to answer. It did not matter if it was the evening or weekend. She was very responsive and detailed with all the work. Shortly after moving in, we received a call from Sophie just wondering how our move was and if we needed anything. It was a very nice gesture for her to take time off her extremely busy day to check on us. We also dealt with Shawn and Tanya and they too, were very helpful when needed.
When people say escrow is a nightmare, I can honestly say, these guys took on all the hard work for us. It was a breeze to say the least. We ended up closing in 14 days!

If I could sum up my experience with Nathan in one word, it would be «wow»! I initially started my home search with a lender that promised to offer me tons of credits, a great interest rate and a hassle free experience. Unfortunately, none of that was ever delivered despite sufficient credit, funds and documentation. I was in escrow for 40+ days before being advised to make a switch to Nathan due to his exemplary service in the past (service which he provided with to one of the RE agents on my home purchase) and things would go smooth. Again, wow! After over 40 days of empty promises from my original lender, Nathan had me approved, funded and moved into my new home in less than 2 weeks!!! If you are buying a house and want a trouble free experience with great transparency and communication, you need to talk to Nathan @ Guaranteed Rate. If I could say one bad thing about this whole experience, it would be that I didnt start with Nathan.
I also have to add in that not only was Nathan top notch and very professional, but his entire team offered that as well. Definitely the best experience I have had after 2 home purchases and a home sell.

We were put in contact with Nathan for our home loan by our realtor Jessica Eubanks. Nathan worked with us to raise our credit scores in order to qualify for a better mortgage rate and ability to secure our loan easily. Nathan and his staff were very knowledgable with the credit scores and loan applications process. Nathan worked with me through the entire process and made it easy for me to get approved for my loan and get a fantastic mortgage rate. He explained everything clearly to me and made the process simple and quick. He work with escrow and my relator directly to close escrow early without any issues. How can I truly describe how amazing and hard working Nathan and Sophie have been with our first home purchase?!
From the beginning steps of requests pre approvals literally everywhere to compare rates and most importantly service, Nathan was spot on and provided us with a clear and up front approach of the process since we had never been through it.
We appreciated the up front approach because at no time did we ever question or wonder what was going on or what step was next… did I mention he provided a clear and concise escrow map? You will not believe how easy it was to understand the process… of course we know how much hard work and elbow grease Nathan, Sophie, and their team put into our loan and gave it that personal touch which made us feel comfortable and gain a trust in them immediately there after!
Great communication, down to earth and upfront, and you can honestly feel that they care about helping little ol’ us!

Just the BEST! My wife and I purchased a new home around the fourth of July and things were needing to get done quickly. Nathan and his team wasn’t my first choice for my home mortgage. It was a requirement to get a quote from him by the seller. But glad he was. Being a first time home buyer, he was able to approve my loan with less requirements (and down) then what my agents mortgage company needed. I just got my second loan through Nathan and his wonderful team. My refi could not have gone smoother. I got a terrific rate and Nathan’s team was incredibly helpful. Nathan, Sophie and Ryan are the most professional team in the business. I cannot recommend them enough.

My husband and I had been debating for quite some time on whether or not we were going to take the plunge and purchase a home again. We wanted to see what we could afford and reached out to Nathan Chabolla at WCC Loans who had done the loan for one of our family members who had rave reviews about Nathan. After sending back requested documents, Nathan quickly let us know what we could be pre-​approved for. Once we made the decision that a home purchase was in our future, we contacted Nathan and he put us in contact with an amazing real estate agent who found us our dream home that same week!
We’ve purchased a few homes before this, so we’ve had experience with other mortgage lenders and the entire escrow process. I have to say that Nathan and his staff, in all aspects of this business, are miles above the rest, no one comes close! This was absolutely the best home buying experience we have ever had, and believe me we’ve had some pretty bad experiences with other lenders. Nathan and his staff, in particular Sophie, were the most impressive and responsive loan officers I have ever worked with. They are on top of everything, making things happen that you probably will never even know about because it’s just handled. I loved getting emails & calls from Sophie who would touch base with us throughout the process, and give any updates she could provide. I had no stress during this process, which was a first, the only stress we probably had was that they were so on top of everything that escrow was able to close early, so we had to get moving! Nathan and his staff demonstrate great professionalism but without being stuffy and rigid. You are getting a group of real people who have a sense of humor, like to have fun, and genuinely care about their clients and work hard for them. Without a doubt, if we ever purchased and/​or refinanced again, it would be through Nathan Chabolla at WCC!

On Unilocal,Nathan’s «hours» are listed as 6:00am-5:30am. Trust me, they’re open that remaining 30 minutes as well. Nathan and his whole team (I personally talked to Nathan, Sophie, Ryan and Melissa), are all top notch and extremely professional.
My wife and I had previously started with another mortgage lender in an attempt to purchase our first home who dropped the ball. At the extremely high recommendation of a friend I called Nathan. After speaking to Nathan for the first time I new I had made the right call. He explained the entire process and had a list of things my wife and I needed to do prior to really beginning. Once we got our end done things got started. In my mind we were by no means an client but Nathan and his team were always honest and inspired confidence.
Once pre-​approved Nathan even set us up with a great realtor who new the area and market very well. This is when Nathan and his team really came through. After finally looking for homes we realized that we were going to want to spend a bit more on our home than what we originally thought. This wasn’t a problem, Nathan worked some top-​secret magic and got things to work out. I truly don’t know if another lender would have thought of the things they did.
Once in escrow his team was amazing. If any little thing came up they were on top of it. Everyone was extremely responsive with any questions we had through calls, texts and emails. I felt bad the time I though of a question at 9pm and emailed a question to Sophie, who sent a reply within 10 minutes. Even when the escrow company (who they did not pick) messed something up at closing, they continued to work on it and get everything straightened out quickly.
We have now been in our home for just over 2 months and absolutely love it. Though I can’t imagine moving anytime soon, when the time comes we will be contacting Nathan again. I can’t recommend everyone in Nathan’s enough. If you have any real estate or mortgage questions your first call should be to Nathan. The number listed is his cell phone. He will either answer or call back very quickly.

Nathan Chabolla was my lender I’ve used him when I bought my first home, and he was so GREAT made the process smooth, fast and easy. I used him second time around when I bought my 2^nd home.
They where able to close my loan in less than 30 Days which is awesome. He worked with me to get the best rate and gave me different options on my payments and advice on what is better in the long run GREAT customer service and his team is also great to work with.
Would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Nathan and his team are the absolute definition of professionals. Their mortgage team is one of the most knowledgeable group we came across and what was most impressive was their ability to beak it down in way that we could understand. Their rates are VERY competitive against other mortgage companies and someone was always available to speak with us.
If we called in and Nathan was unavailable he always made sure that someone from his team called within minutes to get our questions answered. Often times they would respond to emails late at night even though we were not expecting a response until the next business day.
We didn’t understand the difference between a direct lender vs a broker and now that we know, we understand that a direct lender is the only way to go. Nathan was always able to provide accurate answers because nothing left his office. His processor and underwriters are in his office so when we needed answers he was able to get them very quickly!!! Buying a home is stressful and they took that all away and what we like most was they set the proper expectations… A lot of lenders told us what we «wanted» to hear and the Chabolla team told us what we «needed» to hear and in the end… They delivered. The Chabolla team is there for ALL your real estate needs!!! Give them a call, you won’t be sorry!!!

Nathan made the mortgage process as painless as it could be. Going into the whole real estate process I thought it was going to the a long drawn out painful process. It wasn’t. Nathan and his team provided invaluable information to my wife and I. We closed escrow in 3 weeks, it couldn’t have been any easier. Very organized. We provided the information, he delivered the results.
