i have been with this company for about 1 year now. Edwin is dependable always goes that extra step to get the job done. always with a smile.

Everyone is super friendly! Nancy went out of her way to make sure I was serviced well. The Prices are fair, great choice!

I am a big fan of Allied Pest Control. I found this company by reading reviews on a Corona Facebook page and also in Unilocal.David took care of our ant problem last week and was a great guy. Ryan came out yesterday and today to fix our attic rat problem. I have never had trouble with technicians not showing up. They consistently have been within their window. Anyone that can gain the support and positive comments from my husband stands out in the crowd. I don’t have a «horse in the race» so to speak but I wanted to give them a big thumbs up for service, professionalism and going above and beyond for a couple of senior citizens. Thank you Allied.

They must have changed their formula or either are not spraying enough because the ants and spiders have returned in full force. When I called to complain I was told that the outdoor area was not guaranteed and that I would have to upgrade from quarterly to monthly if I wanted the job guaranteed. That is not what it says on my initial contract. We are dealing with ants and spiders again indoors and when I mentioned this, the owner dismissed my claims. He said «If it’s just a few that’s not a big deal»…Well it’s not just a few they are showing up in every room. They initially promised to come back and re-​treat problem areas, but they refused to do this for me. Searching for another pest control company.

I have just reconnected with Allied because I was just trying to do it myself. Jon does an excellent job and gets EVERYTHING. I’m so glad to have them back. They also are great with the mice and rats in attic if you have trees that are up against your house. .

Set an appointment for 9 am on Saturday. No show, so I called. No answer-​left two messages. No response. Tech arrived around 11:30 am and called me. He was given an arrival window of 9 – 12 (I was told 9 am-​no window). Very polite and apologized. Too late though-​husband already missed 2 hours of work and was too far away to come back home. Very disappointed.
It’s now Wednesday, and no one ever returned my call from the office. I kind of hoped that they’d at least acknowledge the mistake when they got my messages from Saturday, but no.

Great service very friendly. We had a horrible ant problem last year so we started a service plan. I have not seen a single ant ever since. Ryan is awesome very knowledgeable and friendly. Also helped me with a gopher problem in the back yard. I will definitely continue to use allied in the future.

1. several years ago I saw a bug on my outer garage door. It looked like a roach but much bigger. I captured the bug & took it over to Allied. I didn’t call 1^st. It was local. A very friendly family owned business. They were willing to have someone look at it & figure out what it was. Not a roach. I was relieved. Never saw one again.
2. years later heard wrestling of paper at night. In a million years I didn’t think it’d be a rodent. by sunrise my blinds moved for no reason, then saw droppings. I can faint thinking about it. Googled & called Allied even though at the time I didn’t realize it was the same nice people I took the bug to. They sent Mike who was beyond nice. He quoted & counseled me in my situation. He also spoke very highly of his employer but not in a way that was patronizing. They seem like honest business people which isn’t easy to come by these days. I am very nervous about rodents & I’m told another neighbor saw them & just saw happened to also call Allied. The same very nice & helpful guy came out named MIke.
I don’t want creatures in my home. But if they show up (cringe) I will without a doubt contact Allied.

We have been using Allied for about 8 months. We wanted to use a smaller, locally owned company, and we chose Allied after reading reviews for several companies in the Corona area. For the two years we had lived in our home, we had constant ant invasions. We had been treating them on our own, but we finally were dealing with an invasion that was everywhere… kitchen, bathrooms, and even bedrooms. We admitted defeat in our battle against the ants and called out Allied. Ryan came to our home, and he was wonderful! Ryan was very friendly, and he was willing to answer all my questions. Since that day, we have not had any problem with ants or any other bugs for that matter. Each time I have had to call their office, I have spoke with one of the friendly office staff, who are also very helpful. On one occasion when Ryan was sick, the owner Ron came out to our home to spray. We told him how happy we were with their service, and he was very appreciative. I recently saw Ron out shopping with his family, and it made me glad to know that I am helping to support a local company here in my community rather than some large chain. I would definitely recommend Allied to anyone!

We had a horrible ant problem. Called Allied and the nicest guy came out to take care of our issue. Ants gone in a matter of days. Several months later, we saw a few ants returning, called Allied and they immediately came out to address the issue and ants were gone in no time. We have regular service, and have not seen ants in nearly a year. Great customer service, nice respectful guy that comes to the house… I think his name is Ryan. Thank you for the great work. About to call them again for some other issues.

We were told that Allied was great for getting rid of pesky creepy crawlers… but we have yet to be able to find that out for ourselves. we wrote to them through their website. called 2x and messaged them through Unilocal.and nothing. When one of the other reviewers complained about the office staff (inability to get a call or response back) the owner said they had made improvements. .we haven’t gotten a response to anything guys. please help us believe in your services.

We have had such awesome customer experiences with our Allied service guy. His name is Ryan and he really goes above & beyond to make sure you are satisfied with the condition of your home. He always checks to see of there are problems/​concerns and is willing to address them ASAP. He is phenomenal at putting the customer first! We started out with a few bugs/​spiders and they have taken care of the problem. And if we see any in the interim between services, they come out right away! 5 stars!

I emailed them using their web site, but did not hear back from them. I waited a week then called and spoke with someone in the office. (I told her I tried to contact her via email) She said «her termite guy was on vacation and they would call me back» I never got a call back. I had 2 other companies come out in the mean time and provide a termite inspection and report, free of charge. I thought Allied’s charge of $ 85.00 would be incentive to come out. Guess Not!

We have been doing business with Allied Pest Control since 2006. I remember with Ron would come over and my cat Darby used to follow him and be all nosey as to what he was doing. Darby was a baby then, now he’s old! Anyway, Allied provides great service in regards to flies, mouses & rats, birds, etc! Not only is his work great, but Ron and his team are very nice, friendly and caring. I would not use anyone else!!!

Our home/​place of business (infant daycare) was experiencing dry wood termites swarming in the heat. We were dreading the fact that we needed to tent our home. Ron at Allied came to our rescue, and we sailed right through what could have been very traumatic. The team that he provided were on time, considerate, and very efficient. I can’t wait to refer another client to Allied. After hearing so many horror stories about house tenting, I can’t convey how relieved we are to have had such good service. Nothing was damaged at all. Thanks so much Ron!

After moving to Eastvale we soon noticed tons of spiders and ants. With a small child and a dog we had a lot on our plate. Called Allied and they were out the next day. We signed up for the bimonthly service and haven’t seen a single spider or ant… alive that is…

Great company to work with. John came to our home and did an amazing job. He answered every question and even ones I didn’t think to ask. I would highly recommend this company — and request John if available.

The co-​owner, Ron, offered us a free service to remove my bad review. I never agreed to the service because what I said was TRUE. We paid our account in full and they removed us from collections.
As a follow up, Ron just left a message at my home & said that they «did the service and removed any charges and would appreciate me holding up my end of the bargain.» I never agreed to anything other to pay my account & have no further service from this company.
I returned his call and I told him we never agreed to his offer to a free service in return for removal of my review. I asked when they came out because I have not heard from them in over a month. He said «I assumed we came out and took care of it.» I told him that I had not heard from anyone at his company & noone has been out to my home.
Ron then said, «fine if you are going to lie to me, I’m going to return you to collections and add charges to you.» I told him this was bad customer service and he hung up on me.
Further contact from the owners will be viewed as harassment. I paid you in full, leave me alone.

Jessie provided the best service. Each time he came out he went out of his way to help us and was very polite!
Ron came out to meet us and was very helpful and made sure we were happy.

We moved into a home that had an ANT problem. Ants were in the kitchen and bathrooms. They were jumping on me when I stood near a counter top. It was awful! I found ALLIED PEST CONTROL via the Internet. This was long before all the other reviews listed here. We have been using ALLIED PEST CONTROL since 2010.
What I like most about Allied is that they work with our schedules and they did not pressure us into a contract which is big deal for me. I hate when companies try to force contracts on me. We do have fluctuating scheduled services with them, every other month during the hotter months and every two months during the colder months, yet we are not bound by a contract. This is how I like to conduct business.
Their Field staff members sent to our home always arrive within their scheduled time slot, they arrive in uniform, they inform you they have arrived. They are nice, polite and do their job. We no longer have an Ant problem or any other issues since they started servicing us.
The only downside as another has stated, the office staff is not great. My experience has been they do not always answer the telephone. You may have to leave a message and wait for a call back. This is not good customer service. They may be missing out on new customers as I myself would have continued to call other service providers had they not answered my first call.
They accept American Express, which means we can pay them and earn miles while we spend. If you do not want them to keep your credit card on file, say so. There was a time when I issued my card number after a service and they billed my card after their next service call without my permission, when I called to address this, they said, «we had it on file». I told them I never authorized that. I now call after every service to approve the credit card charge.
If I could, I would give them 3.5 stars since I am basically happy with their services but want them to improve their office staff availability and performance, but since I am forced to issue an even number I’ll go with 4 stars because I think 3 stars is too low a rating.
