My wife and I recently moved back from London. Over the last three years we had visited many cities and captured some great photographs. There was one that was more special to us which we felt deserved a unique frame for our dinning room.
I met Joseph, who is the owner and provides all the consulting from a massive selection of frames and designs in his store (note: he only provides the framing not the prints).
The outcome was a beautiful three piece modern frame — each price measuring 24 inches wide by 51 inches high. All the work was handcrafted in the back of his shop. Each photo was trimmed for alignment, mounted, and framed to perfection.

I brought a small painting in to Leyla’s Frame & Design shop and asked if I could have it framed. Joseph, the shop owner, said, «Of course.» He then proceeded to measure the artwork and showed me some frame and matting samples. The painting quickly came alive with the selections Joseph and I had decided upon. He told me how much the framing would cost and I was surprised at how reasonable the price was. I left the painting with Joseph and he called me in a couple of days for me to pick up the framed art — sooner than his original estimated time!

The best experience! My husband and I spent an afternoon with Joseph designing some pieces we have been waiting to frame. One piece was from our honeymoon from an artist we discovered in Buenos Aires! It is so valuable to us. Joseph knew just how to frame it and he is so meticulous. All materials are archival which I am a total believer in! My husband has an original Joe Dimaggie autographed print that was damaged due to non archvial materials being used. Don’t go to any ol frame place on the cheap. if you value what you’re framing go to a good place like Leyla’s! Worth every penny!!!

I walked by Leyla’s Frame & Design many times on my way to a neighborhood brunch spot. Wistfully looking through the windows I always imagined the shop would be out of my reach — the space inside looked forebodingly upscale. Last week I urgently needed to frame a piece of mine for a private collector. I put my preconceived notions aside and just walked in.
I was helped by the gentleman that owns the place. During the entire process he proved to be the most knowledgable framing expert with a great selection of moldings and mats. His taste is impeccable, and did I mention he is fabulously pleasant?
Despite my assumptions about the price being too high it turned out to be very reasonable. I love the final result — the quality of framing, the design and how much it enhances my work. I can’t wait to show the collector his painting and to have more pieces framed with Leyla’s Frame & Design.
