Don’t bother even calling, they don’t need your business, because their way too busy already. At least they called me back and didn’t leave me hanging.
Really wanted to use them. I have seen their work around town and was impressed. Even recommended CM to a friend, and she used them to roof her barn.

I 100% would NOT recommend this business.
I was supposed to have someone come to my house yesterday. I heard from them once at 9am just to say they’d call after 2pm (I had something that couldn’t be rescheduled between 11a-​2p). So. . I get home and I don’t hear anything and call to leave a message. At 3pm I get a phone call that just says he’ll call when he’s an hour out.
By 8pm I still haven’t heard anything so I leave a text message (Mind you there wasn’t a rude word involved in that text.) for the guy so he could see it and respond in his own time but I hear nothing.
Finally today just after 1pm. .. 22 hours after the last communication I get the following call. «I passed your text onto the owner and she said she’ll pass on your business.»
Not an «I’m sorry I didn’t get back to you.» No apology for making me sit around waiting all day just that they didn’t want my business. .. because I was upset that I’d been left waiting for an entire day with no word.
So when I call him on it I get some BS about how he already had the estimate.. .excuse me? Already had it? Well if he already had it why couldn’t it just be mailed? We wouldn’t need some special appointment just for that.
Hell, he even fed me some line about how he’d already patched my roof and it would be fine and I could afford to be patient. Um, no, he didn’t. A tarp is not a patch. A tarp is a temporary emergency fix that won’t last through a Portland winter.
So, if you want prompt, truthful, courteous service, I’d pass on CM & Sons.
