I have used Quality Auto twice for repairs on my wife’s Lexus and my BMW. So far I have nothing but good things to say about them. They seem to be very honest and so far have only recommended repairs that are absolutely necessary (in contrast to what I have experienced when going to dealerships for maintenance and repair work). Their pricing has averaged 25−30% less than quotes I received from dealers for comparable work and parts. I am only giving them 4 stars at this point because I haven’t had any major repairs done (hopefully won’t be needing any). Customer service has been excellent, but don’t expect to get a loaner for the day. They can’t give you all the perks and keep the prices down also. They are AAA approved (don’t forget to ask for the discount). Recommended.
