Super nice team. Douglas helped me… and when it comes to this stuff I am SO ignorant. I needed a pool filter basket and some way to trap the floating ants in my pool. Doug got me the skimmer basket I needed and these little sock things that go over the skimmer to get those ants trapped… so cool! And he showed me how to do put the thing in the basket. Ta da! I was thankful and went and bought a basketball net and floatie to appreciate their help. Thanks for the help!

I bring my water to be tested at Pinch-​a-​Penny in Coral Springs every week. The guys there are knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Liquid Chlorine is reasonable at $ 6 for 2.5 gallons. My pool is crystal clear thanks to the guys at Pinch-​a-​Penny

I purchased several accessories, a pool cleaner and salt water system from them including installation. Technician showed up when I was not home and left the box and rebate paperwork outside where it was destroyed by the rain. Pool cleaner never worked correctly and within weeks not at all. The store manager did not honor their installation at all. I have had pool service in every home over twenty years and have never been this disappointed in customer service.
