They took my money, which my credit card company got back for me, and when the driver they paired me with called and said he wasn’t coming, they were totally unsympathetic and unhelpful. ERIC had no interest in helping me and said there was never any guarantee that a moving truck would actually show up to move us!!! He half heartedly said he would try to find another truck and would call me back. NOCALLBACK. He is a smug you know what and should not be in the business of customer service because he clearly doesn’t give a damn. He left me stranded. What a bunch of half baked wankers.
