AVOID AT ALL COST !!! I can not believe my bank recommended that services !
I would put zero star if I could. I was convinced to use their services 1year and ½ ago. It was not easy to use and then when I call to stop my account with them (because I was tired of not being able to use it with clients credit card they told me that it was to close .The person on the phone not the person who «sold me the contract (Alex) never told me that it is a $ 500 eraly termination fee if you stop the contract before 3 years. Alex told me that there was no long term commitment and that I could stop the contract whenever I wanted. They are so many other system without all this scam attached DO NOT USE THIS ONE. I wish I had read the review before !

This company is the absolute worst company for CC processing. Avoid at all costs. They cancelled my service and then continued to charge me. In addition they are charged me in prior months for equipment they never shipped out. They have bogus fees. This company should be investigated by the Justice department for illegal practices.

Been paying 42 dollars for years and just realized it when I got a credit report. I haven’t been using their machine but somehow still paying. Will call my bank to complain.

DO NOT RENT THEIR MACHINES FOR YOUR CREDIT CARD PROCESSING. Read the other reviews – this is such a scam! I asked the representative to carefully explain my terms when I signed up, and it didn’t include a 4 year commitment or the cancellation terms. They didn’t explain the leasing terms with honesty or accuracy. I am going to be sure Wells Fargo knows how dissatisfied I am with them, as they made the recommendation. I am paying $ 33/​month for «lease» with no option to buy — I know this machine is worth about $ 200. AND, they charge an «annual» fee just to stick it to you on top of everything. I am consulting with an attorney initiating legal action.

Do you like getting F in the rear with no lub? if so, this company is for you. i decided to go with this CC company to only find out that what i was promised would change. i was sucked in with low rates to only end up paying 30 dollars a month, of course fighting the charges was simple. i was promised credits, but never got any credits issued. ill update this with more info as it comes along.

This is the worst company to deal with. They do not tell you about all their hidden charges. If you decide to use them be sure and not use First Data Leasing to lease your equipment. They will lock you into a 5 year lease at at a rate of 10 times what the going rate.

The worst company ever. the reps never explained let you know the leasing term .im stuck $ 129/​monthly with 48months. With cheap reader machine not even $ 200 brand new. Non– cancelation. they are suck lie. the rudest customer services. I don’t know why the balling keep rolling. I wonder the government get involved shut down this company. Ripping off people. please stay away this company. First data global leasing.

Unfortunately 1 star is as low as it goes. This company will drain you for every penny they can. Avoid at all costs. My credit card processing company recommended their Point of Sale Terminal to me and now I’m stuck paying $ 27 a month for 48 months for a cheap card reader and simple program. I’m furious with my processing company for making this recommendation.
I just received a notification from First Data that I now owe an additional $ 30.20 for an annual fee. Don’t get get caught up with this company. Terrible experience and deceitful marketing and sales.

I had them as a processor for years, customer service fell off and I found a cheaper method. I called to cancel, they told me to email my cancellation. My accountant asked why I was getting 2 bills from merchants and Ignite was charging me 100+ a month for not using their service. I explained I emailed like they asked and they said the person had told me the wrong method and they would not refund my service. I had not used them in 5 months. Then even though I was no longer under contract they charged me 30 dollars to close my account? Stay away, you can get cheaper merchant rates and not have to deal with these crooks.

Been using them for years. Had a client call with a big order and one of their security reps called me before i shipped, saving me thousands. Nobody is perfect. But if you are a legit business, these guys are the best BY FAR!!!

STAY AWAY!!! I too am a victim of first Data Merchant services. They have put an entry on my credit report showing me credited out to the max!!! So I call and «pay down» my very very price terminal and they did nothing!!! they are holding my money and just taking the monthly payment from that!!! and refuse to do anything else… Nightmare is to light of a word Suntrust Bank is insane to work with them

The absolute WORST Merchant Services provider. They hold your funds illegally, their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and their incompetency is so mind blowing it’s amazing anyone uses them! They are rude, unprofessional and keep you on hold for an hour and pass you along to person after person. A very frustrating experience every time you have to resolve something.

DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING, and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! You will sign your life and business away, and there is absolutely no customer service to help you. When starting my business, their representative Franco Fortunato set me up and had me sign papers. It turned out I did not use this Merchant Account even once, as it did not fit my seminar training needs. As soon as I discovered this, I changed to Power Pay, which does. I immediately tried to cancel First Data, but learned that in the fine print there is wording that the leased equipment is NON-​CANCELABLE! I have been stuck paying about $ 50 a month for FOUR YEARS on something I never even used once! It’s all still in the box! Calls and emails to Franco Fortunato have only resulted in him saying «it’s out of his hands — read the contract.» Customer service says there is nothing they can do either — even though I have banked at CitiBank for over ten years! To add insult to injury, hey are even charging me taxes and interest for this each year. Do not trust this company — it’s an absolute scam!
