Specialties
We specialize in «in home» one-on-one tutoring in every subject at every grade level. We have had great success preparing hundreds of students for the SAT, ACT, TOEFL, and private school entrance exams.
Our president, Erik Shane, PhD, is a member of the Independent Educational Consultants Association (IECA). He has guided countless students through the process of choosing the college and university that best «fit» each individual student.
History
Established in 2004.
One month after Dr. Shane completed his PhD, he started Leading and Learning. It began as a small tutoring service with three tutors and five clients. Over the course of the last six years, Leading and Learning has grown tremendously. We now offer tutoring in every subject at every level.
Our focus is on finding the best match between tutor and client. We believe that students that are happy with their tutors will respond more positively to the learning experience. We are deeply concerned with positive outcomes for our clients and strive each day to make our service better.
