Mr. Ratliff is a widely recognized construction executive with broad experience in construction and design management, regulatory compliance, contract negotiations and strategic planning who routinely oversees diverse projects from concept through construction. His background includes over 30 years of engineering and construction management for a wide range of clients and projects. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Texas, Colorado, and Arizona and has directed the design, negotiated construction contracts and managed over $ 200 million in automobile facilities and commercial construction projects in the past 10 years.
