JD’s Custom Auto

I ran into Jesse (owner/​installer) few months back at a car wash.
He had an awesome looking Ford truck that was totally pimp up. I figured either he just LOVES his truck or he is in some auto business.
He was kind enough to offer me a towel to dry my car but so genuine about caring for cars. I had some questions about my car & he stopped what he was doing, spent his time to answer my questions.
That wasn’t enough I asked him a help to help my friend who was planning to buy a car, he was taking care of my business like his family asked him a help.
I asked him get me some quote for few different job, he was right on it. I didn’t know when I will be completing the sales but that didn’t stop him to give awesome customer service.
I have been in customer service for 20 yrs & I can say I am very picky about how business treats customers.
I can say Jesse showed me enough to contact him anytime for auto custom related issues.
About a month passed without my commitment to complete the sale, I contacted him out of blue asking questions about remote starter for my car.
He replied right away, provided me information to satisfy me.
Then it dawned on me… I need to search this guy on Unilocal to see what my fellow friends have to say.
JD’s custom auto isn’t on Unilocal!!!How come???
So I want to let you all know, we are missing out a great awesome business like his.
For those who knew about this business but never mentioned on Unilocal,shame on you… :P
**I am pretty demanding & picky customer myself… so for Jesse to make me compliment his customer service, he is good… really good! :)
