Done with these guys. Couldn’t find my home and went back to the store and threw away my pizzas and then told me it’d be another 45 minutes while I wouldn’t get priority for their screw up. Also Papa John’s has gotten way over priced for what it is.

Delivery Sucks. I got my pizza after an hour + 15 minutes

Nice people, online ordering is great. Unfortunately, the pizzas have gotten so sloppy it’s just not worth it. Update: After submitting a feedback form online, I heard from a manager apologizing and looking to make the situation right. That in itself says a lot and is appreciated.

Order from Papa John’s a little more than I’d like to admit. Need to have an intervention at some point, probably after the holidays. Good pizza, typically very fast and friendly delivery. Found a new fave recently: try a pizza with breaded chicken and 3-cheese blend. Pretty darn tasty…

Fairly good quality at this location, but they take an extremely long time with deliveries(45 minutes for a two-mile delivery).

I love Papa Johns but not from this location… I had a problem with a pizza I sent a message through the website but I never heard a word back they really dont care so if they mess up your order you are out of luck they just dont care.

Store 1302: It’s Papa John’s pizza – you’re either a hater or a fan. My preference is for their alfredo-sauce specialties, while my man enjoys their cheese pizzas. Every once in awhile, I also get a hankering for some anchovies on my pie; which they have no problem including on my order(usually provided as a tin on the side). The best part is the convenience of online ordering available for this location. However, they tend to get busy at the usual dining hours so expect some delays especially during football season. I recommend signing up for their rewards program online especially if you frequently order pizza; you can score free pizza and get great coupon deals.

So, what happened to Pappas John’s? They have all of these tantalizing specials, but their pizza has gone from good at times to totally sloppy. I ordered a pizza recently, and I was extremely disappointed. The staff was very friendly and eager to complete the order, but the pizza was just so totally unsatisfying that I can’t adjust my rating based on service alone. The sausage used on the pizza had a strange aftertaste, unlike Pappa John’s of the past, and the sauce was quite bitter and poorly distributed. Also there seems to be some stealth pricing involved, as a $ 10 pizza ended up being 12. xx + tip. They still include their signature banana pepper and chemical garlic sauce, but things have apparently gone considerably downhill.
