I was referred to Coppell tire and auto by my boss, and I was more than surprised by the level of professionalism and fair price on service, near $ 400 Less than the last quote I got at a chain body shop!

I had my car battery died on me twice and came here after some researches done on Unilocal.I called before I came here and they do walkins on a weekday after office hours 4−5pm! Which is pretty awesome since I don’t have to wait. The whole process is very fast, it didn’t take me more than 30 min to get it replaced! Highly recommend this auto shop if you are looking for a quick good service done!

Once again Brad and team to the rescue! I have a 2010 Mazda with over 100k miles. Needed new engine and had to make a decision to buy a new car or invest in repair. After doing the math, I decided to repair. Brad gave me a fantastic price! Got the engine and 4 new tires for $ 4600. Thank you once again to this shop who makes you feel like a true client and not a number!

I have bringing my car and my family’s cars to Coppell Tire and Auto for about 15 years. It’s a relief to have a mechanic you can trust. Over the years they have given me rides home when I had to leave my car. I have had them do diagnostics on any used car that I had planned to buy to let me know what the condition was. Any time I need air in my tires, I drive over and they inflate my tires.
I feel that that they are fairly priced and provide great service. I have always had good results with any work done and with used cars for my (sometimes reckless) children, and an aging personal vehicle, I have had much work done.
I recommend them highly. Coppell Tire and Auto definitely has a small town feel. When I walk in, Shannon and Brad know me and greet me and make me feel welcome.

I have been using Coppell Tire and Auto for for several years and they are honest, knowledgable, accommodating and personable. I enjoy the small town feel and you don’t have to be there long before realizing that their clientele are majority long/​time customers. Familiarity is evidenced as both customers and employees alike call one another by name and banter easily.
When they notice a repair that I need, they take the time to explain if it requires immediate attention or if the repair can wait until a later date. This is most appreciated!!! As a Coppell resident, they have provided me with rides both back home as well as a return ride to the shop for vehicle retrieval.
Another perk: After 4 oil changes, the 5th one is free!!!
I don’t even think about taking my vehicle anywhere else for my service needs.

I work nearby and looked on Unilocal for a place to take my car. I went there around lunchtime fully expecting to drop around a grand on new tires, regular oil change and basic maintenance for a 3-​year-​old car. Before quoting me, one of the guys walked outside with me to check my tires. Not only did he tell me he wouldn’t recommend replacing them because the tread was still good, but he taught me how to check the tires so I would know when they needed replaced.
I left my car for the minor maintenance I needed and picked it up after work. Price and quality of work was as expected. As long as I live in DFW, I’ll have Coppell Tire & Auto handle my car needs. It’s hard to find a trustworthy auto shop.

Not your conventional repair auto body shop. because they are about you and your car! Been taking out vehicles there since the beginning and Shannon and his guys are tremendous. Drive from north flower mound every time I need something looked at. They will tell you what needs immediate attention and what you can put off if you have to. The best.

Thanks to Shannon and crew for reviving our 1994 Volvo! It had a blown head gasket. We had written off our Volvo last week when it overheated. They said it may need a new engine but they may be able to replace the head gasket. If it needed a new engine we were going to have to sell it for parts. The interior and exterior are in excellent shape so it made us sick that we might loose this car. Shannon called Friday afternoon and said it was ready to go and it was $ 200 less than he originally quoted! We can’t thank these guys enough for saving our 94 Volvo!!!

Took my 2002 Jeep Liberty Sport in with the details from the Check Engine Report and was more then a little worried that I wouldn’t be happy with whatever the results of what they found. But once they got the chance to give the Jeep a once over they called and told me everything that needed to be done along with being completely honest with me about what didn’t need to be done now and could wait. I felt completely at ease with everything he had explained to me and knew I wasn’t getting ripped off (like I’ve felt so many other times at different places). They had my Jeep fixed and ready for me to pick up faster then I had expected. I definitely plan on coming back for ALL of my car care needs. Awesome Staff that you can tell they care about their customers!

I had some body work done and it was fantastic… It made my car look so much younger for a 98 Honda… I drove up to the shop for the detail and noticed antifreeze under the car and the fan motor was really going fast. They did an oil change and an inspection for a very good price. They checked the car for leaks and loose belts because of the antifreeze and did not see anything but I needed a radiator cap. The car got hot when it was 105 Saturday so the car went back to shop to recheck it. Turned out to be a major issue with a fan that cools the engine stopped working and they fixed it! Thanks guys!!!
