These people are idiots! Do not go here! I had the front desk guy (Chris) go out to my car with me so I could show him the nail in my tire. He saw the nail in the tire and told me they could fix it. He said it would be ready in about 1 hour. 2 hours later I go back to pick up the car (never received a phone call that my car was ready) and when I asked him if they plugged or patched the tire he looks at the paperwork and says «there wasn’t a nail and all the tires needed was air». Are you kidding me!!! I told him that I showed him the nail and he confirmed there was a nail in the tire when I dropped it off. He walks back to the work/​repair area and talks to 2 employees who look like their combined IQ is 20 and couldn’t figure out how to boil water. Chris comes back to the front desk area and says «I’m sorry, I can have them get on that now». Ohhhhh hell no! I’m not having anyone with that incompetency touch my vehicle or repair a tire when they can’t even see a huge silver nail right in the middle of my tire! Complete idiots! I wouldn’t trust that place to fill up my window washer fluid let alone patch a tire! If you value your life and safety of your vehicle… do not go here!

Goodyear really helped me out of a pinch. Another auto shop damaged my tire and it went flat on a Sunday. Goodyear was able to repair my tire efficiently and with great customer service.

Had flat tire recently on Sunday. So many stores in or nearby Coppell were all closed so I was so happy see this store open until evening time. David who gave us quote over the phone was great and offered great customer service. They said they will replace tires in 1 hour… And right on the dot! They called me an hour later and it was done! It was easiest tires shopping I’ve ever experienced!

The man working at the front (I won’t name him) told me he was putting certain tires on my car. As I was paying, I noticed he charged me for cheaper tires for the price of the more expensive ones. I brought this up, and he told me the invoice was wrong – they had installed the more expensive tires. I paid and left, went to another Goodyear place and asked just to make sure.
I was told the cheaper tires were on my car.
I of course came back and complained about the guy lying to me, and he apologized and put the tires I paid for on.
Will never be coming back here. I hate being cheated and lied to – especially when I am paying a lot of money.

While on the freeway the back left tire went flat. Pulled over at the first freeway exit and changed the tire, using the spare I had in the back. Not even five minutes later the spare went flat because of a leak at the valve. Pulled over again, used my phone to find the closest tire shop and this Goodyear was it. Drove there, told them my problem and was told it would be 2 – 3 hours. I think my face said that was not ideal because all I needed was a patch on the old tire, which takes 20 – 30 minutes, if that. Anyways, the guy at the desk must have thought something of my expression because he changed his mind and got me out of there within twenty minutes. It was quick. I was in a rush to get to work, and this place came through for me. They will be getting my business again.

If you want oil leaks that you didn’t have before you brought your car in for an oil change, this is your place! If you want your mag wheels gouged when you have new tires installed, this is your place! If you want parts left off your vehicle and others to come off as you drive down the road, this is your place! If you want the wrong tire fixed that has a nail in it, this is your place! If you want to receive a call telling you that your car is ready for pick up only to wait another two hours, this is your place! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but this shop! I was a long time Goodyear customer until I suffered this shop, they are beyond belief. They are malicious! I contacted a friend that is a regional Goodyear manager and the service got even worse and they even had the nerve to ask me if I had contacted corporate headquarters on them. Well, I’m calling them out now! This place needs to have everyone fired, from the mechanics that can’t rotate tires to the managers that never double check their work. This place gets an F minus.

There were a lot of communication issues today, but it all seemed related to training a new guy at the front, which happens. Ultimately, Eric fix my tire and give me a free oil change for my patience with the excessive wait today. Definitely appreciated!

I have been meaning to write a review on this place for the great service they gave. I was going out of town and really needed to make sure the maintenance on my car was taken care of. One, they have coupons online which is great. Two, I sat down to wait picked up a magazine and before I even made it to the middle my car was ready. Super fast service and affordable. My kinda car place.

An update — Jenny (the manager that made this store work the right way) is working at a nearby auto repair place. Christian Brother’s in Valley Ranch — did my first major service there and everything went GREAT!

Jenny is awesome! She takes care of her customers and her employees are great. I’ve been here on several occasions and always receive first class treatment! Whoever owns this location better appreciate who they have working for them! You don’t find people like this everyday or everywhere!

K, maybe I was a bit harsh after my original review, but that’s what happens when you write a review right after an hour and a half wait for a scheduled oil change.
But aside from that, I suppose they’re a pretty good place to take your car. They repaired the tire on my new car for a low cost the first time I went there months ago, and it’s still fine. And I recently took in our older car that’s been having major brake problems for over a year and it seems to be working like a charm now. Also, with the coupon I had, it was pretty affordable (wayyyy cheaper than a place like Just Brakes).
I shall probably visit them again… if I have a coupon.

My first experience with Jenny and her staff at this Goodyear location was on an icy/​snowy day back in February. I had originally ordered run-​flat tires from a nearby Discount Tire, only to find that the tires weren’t in when I arrived for my installation appointment. After numerous calls, I reached Jenny at her store, and she sent a courier out to get them for me – in the ice and snow! By the end of the day, I had a new set of tires on my husband’s MINI Cooper, and I’ve been back several other times for an oil change and alignment on a Honda S2000 (which I learned needed a new set of front tires), as well as an alignment on my BMW 335i sedan. She and her staff have always been extremely helpful and accomodating, and based on the friendly conversations she has with other clients that come in, it appears that she has a number of very satisfied customers. Keep up the great work, Jenny and Team!

Ok so I’ve gotten over the impulsively rude employee that they have here and moved onto the fact that the manager here named Jenny is the most awesomest person on earth! She’s always familiar with you and remembers details about you that even your own mother would probably forget. Isn’t that all that matters? Familiar employees who make you feel important? hehe … just don’t EVER go Eric. he’s still a horrible person hehehe … JENNY … WE LOVE YOU!
