Experience:

I spent the first decade or so of my career working in a wide range of manufacturing, technical and scientific roles. As a Geoscientist with Intertek, I handled core and fluid samples and became familiar with warehouse operations.

From there, I worked for Halliburton — first, as a Senior Scientist and Mechanical professional, and most recently as a Technology Project Manager. My collective experiences provided a high-​level understanding of workflow coordination, project management, shipping & receiving, as well as the value of having a flexible labor force.

Over the years, my work roles may have transitioned from blue collar to white collar, but I remain a «hands on» kind of guy. As a PrideStaff Owner, I value each opportunity to work directly with employers throughout The Woodlands and Conroe, learning about their businesses and helping them to overcome their specific workforce challenges.
