Just exchanged the Cuisinart coffee pot that I bought awhile back on an even exchange easiest thing I’ve ever done.

I’ve never seen a manager display such poor management skills in front of customers and employees. He is obviously over worked or is a very unhappy person that does not need to be in customer service. I watched him roll his eyes every times a cashier ask him for help or the phone rang. He was rude to a 7O plus year old women because she was questioning how he was doing her home delivery, then yell at an employee because she told him he still had people waiting to be registered for their wedding. I was there to purchase a comforter set, it had to ordered from another store because this location was out; that was over TWO months ago and I still have not received it. I knew it was a mistake to continue the transaction from staying in line and watching this guy struggle with every customer in front of me. I paid in advance at the store for this comforter but still to this day don’t have it. I called again today and got another manager, said she will have to research it and get back with me, AFTER she ask me if I was sure I bought it at that store. Come on people I have the receipt! I do not recommend this store for anything.

I normally do not go to BB&B unless I am looking for something out of the ordinary such as a– brown sugar bear or orange peel starter. Why? Well everything here is very expensive. I would suggest you look elsewhere for most household items unless it is a hard to find item.

Good– Everything under the sun available in one location. Bad– OVERWHELMING they have so many products it’s easy to come out of there with too much stuff. Ugly– Not great prices by any stretch.
