Paid $ 249 to have a battery replaced and the alternator checked. Was told the alternator was fine. Drove 10 miles and the charge indicator came on again. Went to the dealer and was told the alternator was bad.

I will say that I went to NTB thinking that I would not be able to get out of there in an hour! I made an appointment, but still was skeptical because I thought everyone else would be there also before the holiday weekend. Well I went in and I was acknowledged and told that it would take about 45 mins. It took exactly 35 mins! I was in and out on my lunch break, able to pick up something to eat and back to work on time!

After losing my receipt(after 3 years on a specialized battery, I was told to provide VIN and phone number to find receipt. After providing both I was told I needed proof of purchase. I reminded them I am a regular customer with the battery still mounted in the vehicle. I was told I needed a proof of purchase again and that their computers no longer stored info past a year. The battery was mounted in the vehicle and the same vehicle I have purchased from them for years. NTB did not want to honor their own work because I lost a receipt and their computer systems had changed. The staff at this store couldn’t care less about keeping customers. I see now why they have so many upset customers
