Americas Best Value Inn

This place is awful. The room smelled weird and the floor was damp. There was no door on the bathroom, which we didn’t realize until we got home from a concert at 1am. The owner said we could move rooms but wouldn’t give us a discount. I didn’t really feel like picking up all my crap and moving to another mediocre room in the middle of the night so we just stayed. Also, the smoke detector had been removed… super safe. There is a drury inn across the street that I’ll definitely be staying at instead next time.

This place was disgusting. There were stains on the bed, food crums in the couch and on the floor. There was mold on the outside, it was so unsanitary I don’t even think they cleaned at all. It was the worst place I’ve stayed in. I don’t even know how it’s still running. I will never go back.

This place is a JOKE! They make it look really cool on the web, but once you get there, it smells, and the lady at the front desk can hardly speak english and she can’t understand what you are saying. The room was NOT the way it looked at on the web, they called it a suite, and it was just a room. The outside of the hotel has mold on it in places, has moss stains running all over the place, there is junk laying all over the place, and this was nothing short of a SLUM!!!

I don’t know how this place got as many stars as it did. We just stayed at a motel 6 that was nicer. The nicest part was the shower but even it took forever to get hot water. The fridge was not even cold. Pretty sure it was broke and it was absolutely disgusting. There was black mold all in it. I needed to keep my 2 month old daughters milk cold and couldn’t. There were wicked looking spiders hanging all around the outside. There was crap just piled up on the outside of the building in random places. I never once saw a housekeeper. Makes me wonder if they even have any after seeing how bad the place was kept not to mention it sounds like you’re sitting right in the middle of the interstate. The only reason they can charge as much as they do is because it’s located so close to the woodlands. Next time I’ll be paying more just to make sure I get a nicer place to stay. I will not stay here again.

My stay here this week was great. I really have no complaints. In fact, this had to have been the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in. Complimentary WiFi allowed me to continue to work each night. Sure, there are nicer hotels in the area, but this one is not bad for being inexpensive. I’ve actually expected worse. It exceeds A-​OK in to the next tier simply because of price, location and the best hotel bed I’ve slept in.
