Tried to get 2 pedicures at 9:45AM on a Monday. They requested we come back in an hour. I appreciated them letting me know it would be a wait. I didn’t have time to wait so I went to nails at conifer

I’m so glad everyone else had a positive experience at this business, I however did not. I made an appointment for 1:00pm this afternoon for a mani-pedi. I was promptly seated and enjoyed the pedicure, although it wasn’t as thorough as some other places I have been. The manicure is what was disappointing. I had Shellac on my nails from a previous appointment and wanted it removed to give my nails a break. The young lady removed MOST of the Shellac. She moved on to just the plain manicure, when checking my nails before she got ready to paint them she had not smoothed the remnants of the Shellac completely off and my nails were very rough. She fixed this, or so I thought. She was getting ready again to paint my nails after smoothing them out, when I noticed that I still had Shellac on my nails… REDSHELLAC.(I was getting a French Manicure) Once again I had to stop her and ask her to remove it. About this time a walk-in came in needing services. Now I remind you that I had an APPOINTMENT for the services I requested. The rest of the manicure was rushed through and sloppy so they could see the walk-in. Now I have walked into nail places several times so there is no blame to that client. However, Harmony Nails should not have rushed through the end of my scheduled appointment so they could move on for another dollar with someone who did not have an appointment. Finally, both my manicure and pedicure chipped right after getting home. I had to repair it the best I could with the nail polish I had on hand. Maybe they were having a bad day, but the service I got was not what others experienced, I’m sorry to say. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

I’ve been here three times now. It’s a quiet, clean and relaxing salon. They do a great job, with a deep leg/foot rub, longer than expected, and much appreciated. This is worth the drive from Denver even!(Although I live in Bailey) Glad I found this salon!(And the Borgata next store is worth a stop in as well!)

I had a great experience here. It was quiet and peaceful. Sometimes nail salons are anything but relaxing. The gentleman that gave me my pedicure was very kind and gentle. This is my new go to nail salon!

Nice relaxing atmosphere, with friendly and skillful technicians. I go here regularly and look forward to my «mini-vacation» every other week. I like that they are scrupulously clean and I never worry about dirty utensils. I have been a patron of Harmony Nails for several years and have never had any problems. My manicures and pedicures always last for at least two weeks and the prices are reasonable. My only complaint is that the foot, leg and hand massages are sometimes too rough and can be painful, so I usually speak up and ask them for a more gentle massage. Everyone there is very good at what they do, but my favorite is Ni, because she is very gentle and gives her massage with a light touch. Over the years, I have tried almost every nail salon in the mountain community and Harmony Nails is by far my favorite. I have never received poor service, and have always found them to do their best to please their clients. These days, I rarely go anywhere else, and will go out of my way to get my nails taken care of here.

This quiet nail salon is very pleasing to be in. I had not been until today and I was very pleased with the service. I got a gel manicure and I have a lot more confidence that this service will outlast the less than a week performance from my previous service at t location that I visited while on vacation. The atmosphere at Harmony nails is very peaceful. I would imagine it is possible to nod off if you were waiting long. I like the numerous pedicure chairs and tubs along with the clean and tidy nail stations. Service was prompt and very polite. Shop was clean and felt more like you were at home in the living room than in a nail spa. Tommy did a fantastic job on my nails. I listened to his recommendation about nail shape and he took care of my broken thumb nail(it had split exactly in the middle). He was very patient and examined it carefully to see what he could do to salvage it — not possible if I expected to have a neat/tidy polish for a week+ so he cut it back and was quite skilled in addressing a way to strengthen and partially fix it. He took extra care to make sure that the polish was put on cleanly and painted to the edge with precision. There were also quite a few colors to pull from(again, totally unlike last visit to a nail salon in Fl. Tommy really took care to do the gel manicure with a lot of focus on getting a good result. At the end, I received a very nice hand and arm massage with warm lotion. That was a perfect finish to the manicure making me feel I had gone to a top notch salon without the snobby atmosphere. Also, it is interesting that the shop owner put some tubes(painted to match the walls) that act as a ventilation system(so no strong chemical odors here). These are hardly noticeable until you have parked yourself at nail station and find yourself looking around. Very relaxing and serene while you pay standard rate for gel manicure as you would in most other places. Would recommend.

It really is hard to find a clean nail salon. I went to a top salon in Arvada when I first moved here and then got an infection! This place is small, quaint with super friendly staff and very clean. I watched them take the time to sanitize and clean everything when I was finished! Prices are very fair. Mani = $ 20 and Pedi = $ 30. Good color selection. Relaxing music. I will definitely be back!
