just a great place to in knowing that you are dealing with very respectful individuals highly knowledgeable. I took my truck asking them to inspect and top off fluids. they were able to service my truck while I waited. other work was needed found during the initial inspection, I am so grateful they found crucial work that needed to be done. thanks Doug and staff.

just had our 2002 Honda Civic Lx transmission replaced by Warner Transmission. price very competitive excellent customer service Doug the manager very knowledgeable and professional. as it was an insurance claim his continuous communication with us and the adjuster had our car back to us in a timely manner. I highly recommend this shop.

My company used Warner to fix our fleet, so I tried them for personal — and what great experiences I’ve had over the years. Great diagnostics, very fair prices, great customer service. The service manager, Doug, is always friendly and helpful. I’m a single mom and can’t afford to be cheated by bad mechanics (many in the past!). I usually have somewhat older vehicles that I keep until they die — and Warner keeps them going for me and they recommend the type of fixes that save me money. I know I can absolutely trust Doug and his team to treat me fairly and responsibly. I highly recommend Warner! They can do it all — not just transmissions. I’ve had them replace by EGR valve, fix my window motor, replace my water pump, radiator, hoses, etc. They have never turned down anything — small or large — and they can competently fix it. Thank you for being an honest, hard-​working shop that I can trust!

Needing to replace my transmission on a newer car that I purchased 6 months ago was super rough! I did some research on prices and shops. From the start I liked Doug’s friendly and direct– no beat around the bush attitude. He gave me a «Best case & Worse case» senario which I appreciated. He understood the time sensitive nature of my needs. Their prices were not the cheapest nor were they the highest. Im am sooo happy I made the decision to go here. The icing on the cake??? 3yr 100K mile warranty and a workmanship quality transmission check up 15 days days later to ensure everything is in tip top shape! Tip Top Top Notch!

Had my tuck towed down, Concord tow!, and Doug called to inform me I had 2 bad solenoid’s. They were able to get it back to me the same day and a fair price. They also seen I had an exhaust bolt that had snapped and they replaced. Got my truck back and am happy.

I had my car towed here by AAA, Warner transmissions is AAA approved. Doug, the manager is probably the nicest mechanic person I’ve ever met. They dropped me off at my house and then two hours later when they fixed a fuse in my car they picked me back up. Fantastic customer service and there’s no way these guys will rip you off or take advantage of you.

Doug, the manager, understands that I have to keep my vehicle as long as I possibly can. First, my vehicle fits my lifestyle; second, to get a replacement vehicle with the same ammenties would cost a lot of $$ that I don’t have. To that end, the guys in the shop keep me attuned to what my vehicle might need next and help me stay on track on maintenance. My husband recently switched to this shop too. Even though we got off on a rocky start (his car had an unusual problem with the ignition switch) the shop kept looking for the issue and resolved it. Now we are a Warner Transmission family and are glad to support them. They will do what it takes to get the job done.

The first time I used Warner I found them in the phone book on a Saturday late morning when my son (who was home for a quick weekend visit from college) car would not start. This was the only auto repair shop I could find in Concord open on a Saturday. Doug was wonderful, friendly and helpful. He fixed my son’s car as promised and on time (Monday at 4pm) and for a very reasonable price. We recently went back to get the brakes done and Doug «popped» in my son’s car stereo for only $ 50! Best Buy charges $ 150. I have found my new auto repair shop and would recommend them to anyone.
