Steve and his team took very good care of me. I made an appointment to have my rear tire replaced. I brought the bike in and immediately went to work on the tire. I couldn’t be any happier with their service and help. Steve and his mechanic answered all my questions and I left very confident in their work.

Steve and his two stroke guy (sorry, totally can’t remember your name!!!) are motorcycle whisperers!!! They had my Banshee diagnosed in no time (same day)!!

I found this shop by chance when my bike wouldn’t start last month on a Monday morning. My regular mechanic was unavailable and I needed it fixed asap. I found these guys on Unilocal and Steven responded right away to my web inquiry and even offered to come tow it at a «nominal fee». I didn’t take him up on this since I had some free AMA tows, but good to know! I explained I was at work and could not get it down there during business hours and offered to leave it out front and put the keys in a key drop. He would not hear of it and met me down there about 730 on a Monday evening. I come to find out they aren’t even open on Mondays. I was immediately impressed.
Turns out my charging system was shot which happened to melt my battery too. I also was due for an oil change. Out the door about $ 800. Oil change, battery, stater, and voltage regulator. Plus they did a good once over and suggested a few things I may need done soon.
It did take a bit longer than I had hoped, being as this is my main vehicle, but parts had to be ordered and were out of stock, so I can’t fault them for that. They were thorough and honest and I absolutely will be back.

In all fairness i threw a BMW lemon at Ray and Steve. They were quick to note that they generally don’t mess with BMW bikes, but since there was the removed complication of an onboard computer, they were willing to give a shot at reviving my bike (old school carbureted 97 Funduro). Steve was super helpful, even came to my house to pick up the bike.
These guys had to deal with a bunch of hidden issues because I messed up the timing on my bike with an at home repair on my starter clutch. After finally getting things back together the lesson was two fold… A) keep the complex repairs for pros, B) just call Ray and Steve.
Thanks guys… my bike runs better than it ever has. Seriously.

Great service on all levels. Quickturn is a responsible and skilled motorcycle shop and the owner Steve is an excellent mechanic — attentive to detail, actually listens to the customers concerns, communicates well and ultimately provides the type of high quality work that all motorcycle riders want. Personally, I looked for over a month before I was lucky enough to find Quickturn in Concord. My bike sat in the garage for over a month because I refused to let it be worked on by shops who clearly didn’t care enough to get my business — which was almost all of them. I’m picky about who works on my bike and after speaking with Steve at length I felt confident he was the guy I wanted turning the wrench on my motorcycle.
In addition, as my bike could not be ridden to his shop, Steve provided towing service at a nominal cost.
His quality work and professionalism made me a customer. I’ll be back.

Found my forever motorcycle mechanics. I’m new to riding. Steve and one of his guys, Isaiah, were awesome. I bought my 2003 Savage in for new tires and a safety check. Thank goodness, they found a wiring issue killing the brake light, worn front brakes, and other issues. Gave me suggestions, explained different parts of my bike and gave suggestions for things I could take care of on my (new to me) Savage. Even suggested a great loop around their shop to ride for practice (up to this point I’d only taken the safety class on a wimpy light bike and wasn’t used to my bike). Steve used to teach riding classes and gave great practical tips.
Anyway, their shop was full of all different kinds of bikes they were working on. The guys were super knowledgable, and for a shop new to the area (and recommended by Cycle Gear), clearly they’ll be around for a long time! Couldn’t recommend them more!

I never wrote a review before, but I have to express how thankful I am with Steve’s service on my bike.
Found QuickTurn Cycles on Unilocal.Emailed problem of my bike off hour on Saturday night, and Steve replied in less than 4 hours. Nicely explained what might be the problems for my bike. After a few emails, decided to have him tow my bike, the very next day he came and tow for free. Saved me some time to wait and $$, too, for a tow truck.
After got back the bike, I notice the bike is cleaner than the bike was towed. He cleaned it up.
I called him after a few days of my ride, because of my newbie experience about a bike. After listening to me, he suspect that it was related to the reserve fuel issue. So, I tried only a few times, but the bike didn’t startup. And, the reception of my cell was not good. So, he decided to come over to where I was located on a freeway, and which is like at least 17 miles away from his store with some gas, and check out the bike for me. And, he also shared some experiences about what problems I had.
Service is excellence.

Took my bike a couple times to get service, and I was very pleased and amazed how knowledgeable they were, wouldn’t take my bike any where else any more! I would definitely recommend the shop to all my friends and to anyone who owns a bike and wants the job done right the first time!

Just purchased a used Harley on 6÷1÷15. Got a quote from McGuires in Pacheco for a service and new tires which seemed too be a little high. I found quick turn on google search and called to get a second quote. Called and talked to Renee very knowledgeable on Harley’s.Dropped bike off on Tuesday and had it back wednesday afternoon. Great little shop! I dropped my bike off on short notice to have the ignition cylinder swapped out. Chris had the job done within an hour, and even did a little bit extra!
Chris and the owner Steve were very friendly and helpful, and definitely care about your future business. ++

Ran into the owner by chance. After talking to him for a few minutes, he checked out my bike and agreed to repair it that same day. It was the best decision I’ve ever made. He is incredibly knowledgeable, very nice, and prices are very fair. Take your business here.
