History

Established in 2011.

Formerly SBG Enterprises, LLC, started in Charlotte, NC back in 2007. Company name and structure was changed in 2011 to be Two Hands Technology. Our focus had previously been on fixing computer and server issues for our clients as needed. We’ve found that instead of fixing problems as they occur, we’ve found great success in doing preventative maintenance and monitoring.

With our focus now on preventing PC issues before they occur, we are able to provide our business clients with better up-​time, as well as a much lower overall cost of technology.

Because we deal with a group of clients, we are also able to parlay experience with one client over to our other clients, so that the same issues can be prevented for all of our customers.

Spencer has worked as the CIO and Technology manager for several medium sized manufacturing companies ov er the last 13 years. His work in technology and systems management makes him an ideal person to have on your technology management team.

Spencer’s experience also extends beyond the bounds of technology. Not only does he have an MBA, he has extensive hands-​on experience working in every aspect of business. From manufacturing, accounting, sales, customer service, shipping and receiving, Spencer has worked extensively in each part of the business and understands the realities of what is needed for each of these departments to be successful.

This hands on business experience is what sets Spencer and his team from the pack. He has built an organization that brings a true sense of understanding to what your business needs from technology. He is one of the few «computer» guys that you can sit down with and have a real conversation about what your business really needs.
