Spotless Window Cleaning and Auto Detailing

I highly recommend A1 Spotless Window Cleaning. I bought a Groupon offer and when we went to schedule an appointment, they were very courteous and professional. They showed up on time, and the team of 3 people were extremely friendly and efficient. We paid extra to have the screens cleaned as well. The windows look great! Made more of a difference than I expected. We will use them again.

I had JoJos crew do our house window inside and outside and they did a very good job. They were very neat and courteous, the job was done very professional in a timely matter. My window look like new window I can’t stop looking at how great they look. I will call him back every six months to do my home window. I gave him a very good tip I was so happy with his work. I highly recommend this window cleaning company. This company was cleaning the windows of my neighbors across the street and we asked them for a quote. They stopped by and spent some time counting up our windows and then gave us a fair quote. A few days later, they sent a large crew out and completed the cleaning in one day. This was a huge project and I like how they had a big crew to finish it up quickly. It is run by a father and son team and it is nice working with a local family business. When someone comes into the house, it is nice hiring a company that has been around for many years and that takes pride in their work. I think their main office is in Concord, but they travel around Contra Costa county and Alameda county. Thanks again for doing a great job and we will call you in a few years when we need our windows washed again.

DO NOT WAIST your time on this company. I purchased a groupon for myself and my mother back in May 2013. I called several times until he finally responded yesterday 8-​14-​2013. Not only did he sound like he was on something, he told me off. He was so rude and unprofessional. I mean for a business who provides a service you would think they would want to be cordial in order to maintain and grow their business. Well he plain and simple told me to call groupon and get my money back. Thankfully he did that so I wouldn’t have let garbage in my house to work on my windows.

I called the owner Jojo to schedule an estimate, he told me he will come to my house but did not show up, I called again and he said he will come tomorrow, then didn’t show up again, I called the 3^rd time and left message to complaint that he didnot show up, he called back and was very rude, he said «I am a very busy man, and I cannot be everywhere at the same time», then he said «go find yourself someone else» then hang up on me.
if he was that busy why he told me he will come the next day, why not just make an appointment in next week? can someone so irresponsible be trustworthy with your home? I will not have him go near my home let along clean my windows. Don’t do business with this guy, he is rude and have no idea how to treat customers. I don’t care how spotless he can get the window cleaned, he does not understand he is in the «service» industry and he cannot provide good service with this kind of rude attitude.
