I work for a non-​profit in Concord. Our office Bunn coffee maker stopped working properly and we didn’t know where to turn. After doing an on-​line search I found SIMEC. The owner, Carlos Soto made a repair visit and was able to fix the machine for a very reasonable charge. I found Carlos to be very knowledgeable and professional. Needless to say, the office is happy to have their coffee maker back!

I brought my Expobar Brewtus Pro-​sumer espresso machine here for Silvano to fix. temperature had problem to reach at 95C and stay there. Silvano is so good and professional, he trouble shoot it and replaced the parts. now the machine is working like new again even more powerfull than ever. btw, Silvano is from Italy and is an expert on commercial espresso machines.
