We used Carter’s(a friend’s recommendation) for one floor as well as our terrazzo stairs we needed to cover to keep our little ones’ teeth intact. We had several of the big shops(Home Depot, Lowe’s, Abbey) look at our stairs, only to say it was an impossible job. Carter’s was able to pull it off beautifully. We also had a minor communication issue on whether a closet was to be carpeted, and they split the difference with us and resolved it right away. I’d highly recommend them — they’ve been in the carpet business for years and really know what they’re doing, and they are lovely to work with.

We have used Carter’s Carpet Service on two occasions, and both times we received excellent, personalized service. They helped us find the right flooring types for our spaces. They were friendly and easy to work with. And they did a great job on the installation, leaving our place clean and fresh when they were done. I will definitely use them again in the future.
