This guy was incredible on time professional and to say the least the best carpet cleaning I have had in years. Randy showed up with a big smile and ready to work. I had some pretty nasty pet stains I’m ashamed to say. But after Randy’s carpet cleaning it’s all in the past. I have two dogs and one of them is over 12years old and can’t hold it like she used to. But weeks later no smell & no hidden stains coming back up. Randy is an owner operator and takes great pride in his work. Thanks

Randy cleaned the red dye out of our carpet that had been sitting there for 2 years. He tirelessly worked hard for hours on end to make sure we were happy with the outcome. I had received a referral to Randy from another top rated carpet service who would not take the job on (it was too difficult). They said, «If Randy can’t do it then no one can». They were right. Randy is the best in the business. He’s been doing this for over 25 years. We had hired another company who received the highest Unilocal reviews previously, yet they were unable to fix it. So, I started calling business owners and asking… who is the best in the business? The word on the street is — Randy. We are very grateful for Randy and have since not been charged $ 6,000 for the carpet damage which the landlord had charged us upon seeing the carpet. The landlord came back and exclaimed how good of a job Randy did… and then asked for his business card. We are all thrilled with the results– for this we are very grateful to have met Randy.

We decided upon Randy to clean our upstairs carpets recently (we have laminate hardwood floors downstairs), and believe we made an excellent choice. Randy was not only prompt on arriving at the scheduled time, he was extremely knowledgeable, personable and did an excellent job.
Our upstairs carpets were brand new when we bought our place two years ago, and its amazing how beat up they can get even considering the fact we don’t even wear shoes in our house, other than my indoor workout shoes; but thanks to Randy, he made the carpets look fresh and near new again!

Great service from Randy. He knows his stuff and is happy to share his knowledge and recommendations. I asked he do our kitchen, hall and bathroom floors, which are wood laminates and he advised against spending money on that, as the flooring is designed to be hand mopped and doesn’t need professional cleaning. Thanks Randy! Would I use service again? YES. Would I recommend to a friend: YES.

Several weeks ago Randy cleaned the carpet in a high-​use room and I was stunned by the transformation. Stains and spots were gone. He also cleaned the couches and only some red ink stains (kids will be kids!) were invulnerable to his efforts. He struck me as very knowledgeable about his various cleaning products that he uses, versus someone who gets the cheapest supplies for their operation. A quality service and a quality professional!

This guy is THE best. I recently hired Randy to clean carpets that were trashed by an evicted tenant. He was able, as always, to get out every last bit of stain, odor and dirt. I highly recommend Randy and his carpet care services.

Bait and Switch…
I called a week in advance to get estimates and was quoted $ 300 over the phone which seemed reasonable based upon our square footage and other quotes. On the day Randy shows up and he says he needs to walk it off to determine the cost. Humm, I’m thinking okay, lets see where this goes maybe he forgot his quote. During the walk off he notices some spills from having a baby and starts critiquing what the spills are which I comment are milk and he says, ah ya maybe. Excuse me. Rudeness begins. Then he says that it will be $ 416. Huh? What happened to the $ 300 quoted over the phone? He tells me don’t I want to pay him this rate per square footage? Ah no, I want to pay the rate you quoted over the phone.
He leaves but not before giving me a dirty look. Keep in mind I’ve already cleared the house and made arrangements for the family to be gone. Slightly inconvenient but I’m actually glad it happened because it allowed me to meet Mitch from Walnut Creek Carpet Care. Wow, those guys are amazing. The house was amazing clean in less than 2 hours and with baby friendly products and for $ 225 to boot. We’ve had them back twice and same great service from Mitch and Walnut Creek Carpet Care. I won’t recommend anyone else. Oh and I almost forgot they bring yummy fresh baked Zucchini Bread.
In all fairness to Randy, maybe he had a bad day. From his looks when he showed up that appeared to be the case.

Absolutely amazing in every sense of the word. From his knowledge to his professionalism he did an outstanding job and for an incredible price. I regret not taking before and after pictures of our carpets but he managed to make high traffic areas in our business look like brand new carpets.

Would have liked to see an estimate, or a response after leaving 2 phone calls with my contact info. Crickets — Never heard back from them so moved on to Green Light Carpet Cleaning — who were fantastic. You guys should at least return phone calls.

Randy came over the next day and took less than two hours to get the job done. I’m not exaggerating when I say my carpets and stairs especially look like a different color. I thought I had a light beige, but now I can see it actually is white! He got out stains, dirt, and pet urine. It looks and smells great and was much cheaper than the quote I got from Stanley Steamer.
Besides the price and excellent work, it’s always nice to meet someone who is very friendly, polite, and personable.

With 7 kids, 2 cats and lots of friends in and out they were a mess. When he was done the carpet looked like new. We will definitely being using him aago soon. Thank you Randy…

There was a huge stain on the carpet from the previous tenants caused by water from the overflow of the bathtub. In the four years of living in this condo, I have had my carpets cleaned several times by both Sears and Coit. The stain was never removed even with a pre-​treatment. The stain always attracted dirt which was so frustrating. I was looking to have my carpets cleaned last week and found Randy’s Carpet Care with amazing reviews. He was able to schedule an appointment within in the next two days. Needless, to say I was not disappointed. I don’t know how he did it, but the water stain is completely gone! The carpet looks brand new. I definitely couldn’t ask for more. He did an amazing job! Moving forward, I will only use him to clean my carpets. Thanks Randy!

Called randy on short notice. even though it was a saturday and I called at around 1:30, he said he would be able to clean my unit that day at 4:30.
He came and did an inspection of my house and explained to me how there were urine stains in the carpet from my dog and that it needed more than just the average steam cleaning. He also used a UV light to verify that there were in fact urine stains on the carpet (which we thought had been cleaned out when we had cleaned our carpet 6 months ago from a different cleaner!). He told us how urine causes bacteria that not only gets agitated when cleaned, but also spreads!
I’m glad he told us, bc now we know why our carpet continued to smell.
All in all, great service, super friendly guy. Def knows what he’s doing and I would highly recommend him!

Randy clean our carpet like a year ago, and he did Magic, cause our carpet needed a miracle and his prize is great better then those big known companies I like independent cause he takes pride on his work, now a year later I’m calling him again for another job thank you Randy :-)

Thanks again to Unilocal for helping me find another gem! I needed my carpets cleaned ASAP as I was having guests over during the weekend, and I called randy on a Tuesday. He was helpful and friendly on the phone, squeezed me into his schedule for Friday the same week. He was very clear and concise when he explained his fees (very very reasonable by the way, compared to the other companies I had called, who were not able to squeeze me in at all).
He arrived within the time specified, even gave me a curtesy call to let me know 15 min ahead of his arrival time. He helped me move my coffee table and couch (saved my back), and was so friendly and personable. Even gave me son a toy bear! He was able to get my carpet cleaned beautifully, and helped me spot clean a rug that my dog had a HUGE bad poopy accident on that morning, for free! FREE! That poopy spot took quite a bit of Work to prep and clean, but he took all of the stains out, for free. Omg. I was so grateful, because it’s usually I who has to clean poopy accidents. Thank you Randy! He is going to be on my speed dial for carpet and rug care for the future.

It was an old faded carpet in the apartment and I tried everything before calling in Randy. He spent a couple of hours on it — two months later my carpet still looks new.
Highly recommended.

Randy was terrific. He was prompt, throughly knowledgable about what our stains were and what we needed to treat them. Our carpets look brand new. He gave us a fair price and I would absolutely recommend his service.

Randy is AMAZING! Not a single bad thing I can say about his service.
We had everything from puppy accidents, to red wine, to just plain old traffic stains. He recognized each stain individually, and knew exactly which product to tackle them with. Its been a week since he was here and my carpets still look BRAND NEW. Now that’s how you get a deposit back!

Is AMAZING! He saved me. We had vomit on our couch, carpet and pillows. He fixed everything. They look brand new. Don’t waste your time with the rug doctor. He had to correct my mistake. The couch had a base that was made with foam and ton of feathers. I thought it was ruined and thought it should be thrown away with the smell alone. Randy used a special technique and product to get into the feathers and foam. It looks and smells brand new. He his so knowledgeable. Plus he uses high end organic product. His pricing is really good. I highly recommend him. I want him to come back and do our bed! Don’t wait call him.
