I love pizza. This Pizza Hut has a good value-$ 6.99 med pizza if you get 2 at a time. I like the Skinny Beach Thin crust or pepperoni/pineapple. Super fast and convenient-maybe for me, since I work next door. Staff is always pleasant, even if I have to run back if I forgot to bring enough money. Lots of customers waiting, so it gets busy during lunch and dinner. I try to order during non busy times. They just opened in October so they are trying their best-tell the management before you make a bad review.

Had a great experience, we’re glad Concord finally got their own Pizza Hut. Pizza was good, service friendly, and right on time. We will be back.

I live less than 2 miles away and they won’t deliver. Their competition across the parking lot will… They claim after being open for 3 months now that they just won’t deliver more than 1 Mile down concord Blvd… Lol…The franchise owner needs to get his store together… its becoming obvious he doesn’t know how to run a franchise…

Never eat here. We placed an online order and they didn’t have the type of dough we requested. They called us, but we missed the call so they just canceled our entire order even though they had the right kind of dough shortly thereafter. FORTY minutes later and our pizza hasn’t come yet, so we call them and they explain that they just cancelled our order-don’t offer to give us a discount or anything, don’t apologize for the inconvenience and actually make it sound like it was our fault entirely. THEN they came a freaking half hour later than they said they would making our overall wait time two hours. Unacceptable. NEVERAGAIN. DONOTEVERGOTOTHISLOCATION.

Unorganized. Pizza wasn’t ready on time. Still Had to wait. So many people here still waiting with the same issue. Workers here have bad attitudes and they’re cussing at each other in front of customers. Real professional. They make you pay before you’re even told that it’s not ready yet.

Only delivers within a 1 mile radius… BS. At least looking at the other reviews I’m not missing much. I’ve been waiting for over 7 years for a Pizza Hut to open up on this side of Concord.

First time and never again! Placed an online order, delivery time was an hour and fifteen. I was cool with that but close to delivery time I received a phone call that an item was not made for the delivery and it would be another fifteen minutes. Here we are almost two hours later and almost a hour since they said another fifteen minutes and nothing! Save your money and time.

This place is very bad. Called my order n. Was told 15 minutes. That was 45 minutes ago. Still no pizza. Also signed up online as new customer, was supposed to get free breadsticks. Not. Never again

I ordered 3 medium pizzas for $ 19.99. Staff was very pleasant — but my pizzas were all dough — hardly any cheese or sauce. They were 3 small rectangular pizzas in one long box. I was hoping for a better pizza !

The Pizza Hut at Pleasant Hill has a better taste of pizza. The concord branch is run by young adults either graduating from high school or are working through college. Unfortunately– the attitude is «ghetto». A lot of yelling and urban slang being used. I know everyone is working hard, but this branch lacks professionalism in dealing within themselves — hence making the customer turned off and not wanting to return.

I called Pizza Hut to order 4 Big Box Specials($ 19.99 each) for my daughter’s birthday party. After customizing each box(which took over 25 minutes???), the pizza guy tells me they don’t have enough dough to make the square pan pizzas so he gets his manager on the phone. The manager honors the $ 19.99 price but she only has enough square pizzas for 2 boxes and the rest of the pizza would be round. Fine… whatever. When she quotes my subtotal over the phone, it comes out to $ 120 and some change. What? Why? I told her $ 19.99×4 = $ 79.96. Tax should be $ 7.20. Total is $ 87.16. She replies, «Well that’s what my computer says.» Uh… do the math, lady… It’s not that hard. I know this Pizza Hut location has only been open for about 2 weeks but they need some serious training. And make more dough people! Geez!
