We provide you knowledge and a chance to put that knowledge into action.

Our instructors work with you as you learn to act with confidence in all aspects of your life. As experienced teacher, we work you as an individual, finding what you need. We have worked with hundreds of individuals with great success as they move forward in life with self-​confidence.

Though, we are based out of concord we setup course all over the greater bay area.

This is a labor of love and fulfillment of a dream that these two gentlemen have planned long and hard to accomplish. The Women’s Self Defense Course is set up to create a safe and comfortable atmosphere that is truly effective in drawing out any conscious or subconscious past experiences that should be addressed and healed. It’s an incredibly empowering experience and the adrenaline training was intense, supportive and cathartic. And even with the seriousness of the content, it was still fun and the connections that were made within the group are strong and will stay with me. I can’t recommend it enough!
