Great movers! I needed to move my stuff and it was fairly last minute. Jim was willing to squeeze my move into his already filled schedule. He communicated with me about his arrival early in the day for the 6pm move. Jim and his coworker very politely asked every time they moved a box that was not labeled with a destination. Nothing broke. Nothing scratched. I could not have been happier with the quality of their work. Hands down, best movers.

Jim is a moving beast. He showed up right on time, and cut our moving costs in half!!! That’s right I said it. In half! Him and his assistant busted out the move in a fraction of the time we thought it would take. I tipped him very well for being a moving genius! Oh and he’s really funny also, kinda helps cut the edge off of moving. Did I mention that there we no damages? Thanks jim and caleb! You guys absolutely killed it!

Jim is a lifesaver he came through with the best moving service I have used to date I gave this guy less than a 24 hour notice and he was still able to work things out with me I even had a lot of extra stuff to move that I didn’t mention to him and that was no problem for him either I kept throwing out obstacles at him and he kept on going this is what you call true customer service there’s no BS on pricing straightforward very reasonable and the quality of work he did was outstanding not a single scratch on my furniture and electronics if there were previous scratches on anything he made sure to let me know before he handled them the help he had was also excellent and very polite just can’t say enough good things about Jim and his service!
He’s my permanent mover service from here on!

Wow. These guys really came to the rescue for us.
I had a few PODS arrive late and another moving company couldn’t help us out anymore because of the delay. I’m a computer guy (as in: kinda weak and doughy) so unloading a 2 bedroom house at 3pm on a Friday afternoon was not going to be possible. I had an angry wife and a 3 month old baby who needed me to get the stuff into the new house so they could have a proper place (not another hotel) to sleep that night.
The other moving company surprisingly referred us to Packs Plus, who showed up with 3 huge guys. They didn’t walk, they RAN our heavy stuff up the steep driveway into the house, assembled some furniture and told jokes all along the way.
I can’t recall a time in my life where I’ve seen movers work as hard as they did. They were friendly, absolutely trustworthy and of course, capable. The hourly rate was reasonable, but when you factor in how efficiently they completed the job, it was a very good value.
Although Packs is a newer moving company, they are highly recommended by us (check us out, we have 300+ Unilocal reviews, so we are legit) and they can use us as a reference any time.
We will need to move again in a few months and there is absolutely no doubt who we will be calling.
