Mi Pi Pizza is an authentic Chicago Pizza Restaurant capturing the flavors and atmosphere of Chicago. While featuring a menu of delicious appetizers and savory salads and our signature styles of pizza along with a full bar serving liquor, beer and wine. Our restaurant will allow our guests to feel like they have taken a plane and traveled to Chicago. The «Chicago» experience will center around 5 signature pizza crusts. These styles; «Thin», «Medium», «Traditional Deep Dish», «Skinny» and a «Stuffed Crust» will make us unique and be the key to our success. Our proprietary ingredients will include our specially formulated crusts, secret top spice sprinkle, pizza sauce, fennel sausage, all-natural pepperoni and many other special items all imported from Chicago. These ingredients have been developed as components of a pizza engineered to be the absolute best. We will also be importing all the ingredients needed to make our «Mini Chicago Dog», poppy seed bun, Vienna all beef hot dogs, and sports peppers along with Atomic green relish. Whether served in our dining room guests, delivered to our corporate or residential clientele, or offered by the slice. Our pizza will elevate our guests dining experience to a new appreciation of how pizza should taste. Mi Pi Pizza will creating a Sense of Town Pride through Innovative food, farm to table organic produce and an exciting restaurant that will capture the town of concord and the surrounding communities’ interest.

Mi Pi Pizza is one pizza lovers dream come true! I have been in love with pizza since I was 5 years old, traveling with my father over 40 miles to go get pizza at our favorite pizzeria, or as a teenager, after high school sporting events meeting up with my classmates to eat some deep dish pizza. To working in many great pizza restaurants. Pizza is my life, my love and I AM the ultimate fan of all things Pizza.

Matthew J. Blank, President/Managing Partner, No NY Pizza, LLC is a veteran restaurateur/entrepreneur with more than 32 years experience operating and owning successful restaurants. Blank opened his first restaurant, The Village Bayou, in Westlake Village, CA when he was 21 years old. Prior to that Blank was an owner/operator for Tony Roma’s a Place for Ribs in Las Vegas NV, New York City NY, and London, England. Blank has also worked in a corporate environment for such companies as California Pizza Kitchen, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Bubba Gump’s Shrimp Company, and has consulting for a Pizzeria in Berkeley CA. along with several other restaurants.
I am a resident of Danville, CA with my wife Alli and 18 month old daughter Audrey, is actively involved in California restaurant and business community.
I believe the recipe for a successful restaurant is «The art of taking care of the guest combined with the science of running a business».
