Full Bloom

I’m delighted with the flowers I received from Full Bloom Florist in Concord. They arrived on time and were nicely done. Not only is the orchid gorgeous (see photo), but it is in an attractive container with a nice decoration that coordinates well with the flowers. Excellent service from the florist included a phone call to let me know the flowers had been delivered and were on the front porch. I’ll be sending, and hopefully receiving, more flowers from Full Bloom.

So my boyfriend and I got into our first fight last week after four months of dating, like any first fight it was really stupid. I had mentioned I love receiving flowers and he mentioned how stupid they are, pointless and flat out a waste of money stating he would «never buy flowers»! I ended up saying some hurtful things and it blew up from there, dragging out unnecessarily since we live long distance.
The day after we made up he had called the florist four hours before I was off work, they had noted my place of employment telling him that we close at 4pm but he corrected them that I end my shift at 3pm. So after work he automatically gets upset that the first time he’s ever sent flowers they weren’t on time, I rush back to work and wait for them while they keep him on hold on the phone. Eventually they tell him if they don’t get there that day to call the next day at 8am so he can collect his refund which is what he requested. The next day he makes a call and they can’t refund his total amount of ($ 106) because they charge $ 30 handling… when they were never delivered in the first place!
That was Friday! Here it is Monday, they finally delivered this morning instead of refunding his money. Not only did they ruin the make up of our fight and cause stress around the situation (even more uncomfortable for me), they ignored his wishes, never delivered on time and re instilled his hatred for buying flowers.
Not to mention they totally misspelled his name, got his email address incorrect and I’ve seen and bought better arrangements from Safeway!
Save your money and time, go ANYWHERE else!

I will never use another florist! I have ordered from them regularly for the past five years and Brian’s work is always flawless. I don’t think any florist has higher standards. I had recommended them to my friend who was getting married at the Great American Music Hall, and she was thrilled with the results. The arrangements were perfectly suited to the hall and all of the guests were impressed. The bride’s bouquet was quite a thing of beauty. I was tempted to try and catch it, but my husband wouldn’t have been too thrilled. Highly Recommend!!!

Betrayal… This was my girlfriend’s florist of choice for work and personal use. I’ve used them in the past myself without issue. Today was my GF’s b-​day, I asked for a $ 150.00 Fall-​type bouquet. When they arrived my GF called to say they were very pretty and she sent me a pic. I was shocked by the size or lack there of. I waited until I got home and asked to see the rest of the pics on her phone… the bouquet was a joke. Yes pretty, but a complete rip-​off, there about 10 lilies and 3 roses. I just checked FTD’s site and I could have gotten a much better Fall bouquet for $ 89.00. I cannot tell you how frustrated and betrayed I feel. My GF is disappointed as well and will no longer use them.
