My husbands hard drive would no longer read on our computer and it had all of his work files on it. We went to 4 different places and they could either not fix my problem or wanted way too much money to try to fix it with no guarantees. I found Lica on thumbtack and reached out to him. He was able to meet me at his office within 2 hours, diagnosed my problem that evening and had all of my data recovered within 24 hours. He was professional and explained everything thoroughly. Amazing service, very affordable and quick turn around. Definitely would use them again and would recommend to anyone looking for computer services.

In desperate need of data recovery for my failed NAS device, I turned to Unilocal after my local computer shop couldn’t even «see» the drive when they attached it to their computer. I called, Lica (owner) asked me several questions, and determined that he could help. Not only was he able to recover all my data, his turnaround time was impressive (next day) and the cost was very reasonable, especially in light of the critical data he was able to retrieve. I will be looking to hire LNC for all our computing needs. Instead of going to your local big box store, give LNC a call first. I appreciate that there were other reviews on here of his success with data recovery.

Vasile did a GREAT job retrieving the data on my failed hard drive, when all Fry’s did is charge me $ 150 and do nothing! I wish I had taken my computer straight to Vasile rather than waste my time at Fry’s. Vasile charged a reasonable fee for his service, and explained what I needed to do. His turnaround was super quick! I definitely will seek him out again if I need help! –Diana C.

Lica is the man! i was in a pinch for work, & needed a high speed connection for streaming a high def video conference. He came out Saturday & hooked me up with cat6. He was very professional, did a fantastic job for a reasonable price.

We hired Lica to install surveillance cameras around our house. He did a fantastic job recommending places to put the cameras. They don’t look out of place, but still cover all areas.
He also did a great job hiding the cables, drilling through the walls and cleaning up at the end.
When we noticed that one thing didn’t work, he came by the next day to fix the problem.
We are very pleased with his work and will hire him again to install a new home entertainment system.

So I found this guy through Unilocal for my mom who needed help with her computer due to the «Blue Screen». She was extremely happy with the service she had received, she said he was honest, fair, nice, professional, and had returned her call promptly after calling him unlike another gentleman that we had called located in Danville who NEVER returned her call or got back to her. If she ever needs help in the future she will definitely give LNC DATA a call!

Created a Unilocal account just to let people know how awesome this guy is. The ThinkPad on my laptop broke down. Asked Lica for advice. He took the time to research the issue, told me the price he would charge to replace it, then recommended I just buy an external mouse because it was cheaper. Just to underline the point: he advised me to save money by not hiring him. Doesn’t get any better than that. Customer for life.

Lica restored files from a dead Mac hard drive and installed a new one. He went so far as to send a dvd of more needed files. His fees are more than fair and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was transparent about what he might or might not be able to do and gave me an accurate time frame for completion of the work. His fees are very reasonable and I will go back to him if I need computer repairs.

Fast and professional. I have used LNC DATA service 3 times. I use my computer on a daily base for my business so it is really important to have my computer back up and running right away. LNC DATA has been able to take out my computer virus and have my computer back up and running in 1 day. Not only did he take out the virus but was able to maintain all my company important data. Vasile is my «homie», and this is some real stuff!
Thanks to this guy I’m now able to charge my laptop with ease for only $ 95, Vasile helped me repair the DC power Jack on my laptop. He’s currently now located in concord but Vasile provides great service and was willing to meet me around Oakland over various occasions. And he was able to do this within 1 day!
All in all, if you need a quick computer/​laptop or anything electroni fix, Vasile is the man to go to. Great service, great price, great quality.

Lica did a terrific job fixing my broken DC power jack on my 2 year old sony Vaio laptop. Clearly communicated how long it would take him to get the part and fix the laptop and delivered on his commitment. Heck Lica even came by to pick up the laptop and delivered it once he was finished. Where can you get that kind of service these days?

The best IT guy around. I know Lica for some time. I met him at my work place where he was taking care of our computers. I work in a dental office and he knows all dental software and digital imaging system. He will «hook you up» really quick and give you very knowledgeable advises.
