This store has served me well for years, as they are thorough, competent, efficient, and the prices are quite fair!
Very happy with the personalized service!

It’s 2015. What business can’t accept debit? this is a very outdated hole in the wall. I’ll take my business to someone more up to date.

I chose this business based upon the Unilocal reviews and they were absolutely correct. They are friendly, knowledgeable and I had my laptop repaired in less than one day! I use my laptop for my business and appreciate the level of customer service that they provided. I will definitley use them again and refer anyone I know to them.

if you are looking for help please consider this place. you would be doing your self a favor. I went there with my pc at first my problem was thought to very tribial. since i didnt know what was going on they could just told me i need a new something or other and charged me. they fixed for free and then when i took my compture home. I broke on of the connecting wire to the hard drive. I took it back and ask for them to sell me another one. they just gave it to me ! They were all very friendly, Nick explanied what was wrong and what i could do to fix. I cant say enough of how well i was treated :)

The customer service and the computer service that I received from Custom Computers was exceptional.
I worked with Nick, who is very kind, professional, and understanding. I had a virus and also needed some updates, and I needed the work done within a short amount of time. I received my laptop back earlier than I expected, and the employees worked with me to get the job done exactly as I asked.
I also noticed about 3 weeks after getting my computer updated, my laptop started showing some similar issues again with the Adobe Flash player, so I called up and spoke with Nick, he suggested I run another update, instructed me on how to go through the steps online, and even offered to wait on the phone with me until I had the update finished.
Definitely a caring business. I will be back,

Wow! I am SO HAPPY I found this business!!! I finally have «my computer guys» to go to from now on! Almost spent $ 650 on new software today, but after reading Unilocal reviews for this store I took a chance they could help me recover my previously purchased software from my dying & uncooperative laptop. Immediately the woman who answered the phone made me feel at ease and gave me hope… then, 30 minutes later, I took my computer in and their awesome employee Victor Rodriguez worked his magic and voila! Done! Fast, Professional, & Friendly.

I was really impressed by the customer service at this place.
In addition to doing a great job fixing my laptop, they went way above and beyond the minimum service that I paid for. I told them I was going overseas in a week and needed my laptop back as soon as possible. I got a call from them the next day to inform me that my laptop was ready to be picked up.
When I dropped my laptop off, the outside cover had tape residue all over it, when I picked it up I noticed that they had cleaned it off.
If all that wasn’t enough, they gave me a $ 25 discount on the price they quoted me over the phone!
Really, these are just great people! I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone.

These guys are great!!! They know exactly how to help with almost any problem I run into, and they charge a very fair price! You can usually get an appointment on very short notice as well. They not only help with any computer problems, but phones as well!!! Love them, and if I ever run into any other problems they are the first ones I am going to call. Don’t even bother with anyone else. Ps. Victor is great!!! He’s nice, very smart and explains complicated things in my uncomplicated language. =)

My laptop was not connecting to the Internet so I brought it into them they charge me 50 bucks and were pretty fast and nice — Thanks Nick.

I appreciated how thorough and detailed they are in assessing problems and then explaining it to the customer. Their prices are also reasonable. It seems like a family-​owned business and they’ve been in business for awhile. This is not some fly-​by-​night tech support place, these guys really know what they’re doing. If I had a question that one staff wasn’t sure of they could direct it to the next person and they had the info I needed on my computer.
I first came to Custom Computers because of their convenient location off Clayton Road. Now I will be returning to them because I trust their expertise.

I have a business in Concord that relies 100% on a computer server to transact business. I Came in Monday AM to do some catch up work and found out the server was fried (we are closed Sunday and Monday). After wasting an hour on the phone with Dell, I searched Google for a local place that could help me and came across Custom Computers.
When I called Custom computers Johnny answered the phone and could tell by the tone of my voice that I had a serious problem. He drove over right away to assess the situation and after a short diagnosis, determined we needed a new server. Unlike desktop computers, business’s usually do not have spare servers laying around but I got lucky as Johnny did have a partially built one in stock.
After working thru the night and partially the next morning, Johnny and his staff were able to get the server built, loaded with software and installed back at my store by 2:00 pm the next day.
He called me several times along the way with status updates and again this morning to make sure all was well. I have found a new company to handle our store’s computer needs. I would highly recommend Custom Computers for any of your computer needs, whether personal or for business.

This place was great. I found them on google and I am so happy I did. Their prices were totally fair. But what really stood out to me was they had my computer fixed and a return call to come get it in a matter of HOURS. I will come back again.

Amazing Service! My mom and I work from home and were having major technical difficulties so I Unilocaled computer repair service. These folks were close by and had great ratings. I called right when they opened at 9am and they had a tech out by 3PM that same afternoon. Nick, the technician was extremely knowledgable and friendly. He fixed all our problems in less than an hour and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend these guys, they are great!

I had a custom computer built to use for my recording studio and EVERYONE there was extremely helpful and friendly. I’ve worked in customer service for years and I’ll have to rate their’s a 10 out of 10. The computer performs like a dream! Extremely satisfied with their service. My mom’s computer had gotten a virus and we found this place on Unilocal.They were very friendly with same day service. Pricing was more than fair. We will definitely return for any future computer needs.

I appreciate this store’s helpfulness in both diagnosing and repairing my computers [laptops and desktops] as well as having excellent products in stock that I needed — Router, Laptops etc at fair prices… I also appreciate that they set up my new equipment for me so it is more ‘plug and play’ once I get it home to to my shop.

I dropped my laptop and the screen was only grey. I had no idea where to go. I searched online and
had a «where to get computers fixed in…» section. Custom Computers was recommended. So, I went with that. I am glad I did! They were very professional, friendly, explained things, and timely. They phoned me daily (they had to keep the computer several days) to update me on what they were doing. They found my data (I was worried I would lose my photos, which I had not backed up), and even installed some extras, like a virus protection.
They are located at the downtown end of Clayton Rd., across the street from the center with the Dollar Tree, next to Domino’s.
