Perfect service from the Internet Manger Stephanie, found the car I wanted, got it to the dealership and came through with by far the best price in the area. Very pleased with her and her great service.
Little disappointed in the price offered by the floor manger on my trade so that wasn’t part of the deal which of course is a hassle.
The business manger needs to be less aggressive trying push extended warranties you either want them or you don’t.
Get online and Stephanie will get you a great deal

My experience at Concord Lexus was actually wonderful! I was skeptical at first, but my sales guy, Joe Graviria was truly great. He had a lot of knowledge about the cars, answered all my questions, had a funny sense of humor and NEVER pressured me. I test drove 2, picked the one I liked and was done with all paperwork within a reasonable time frame. He even told me they would buy out the remainder of my Acura lease, and they did! The finance guy, Ahmad, was also very nice and easy to work with. He had all the paperwork organized, and explained everything page by page. This is my first Unilocal post ever. Just want to thank the folks at Lexus of Concord and especially Stephanie, their Internet Sales Manager for making this a great buying experience.
Have been trying to buy a GS F Sport for about a month. Dealt with a couple of crappy Internet Sales guys and thought I will miss out on the promo dollar from Lexus. In fact, I called one of the GM to complain. FYI, both dealers have a P in their name.
Decide to try Lexus of Concord, email Stephanie and she accepted my offer. Stephanie was very prompt and patient in answering all my questions. Didn’t want to go through the same BS like with those 2 bozo’s. Went down to the dealership and took the car home the same day. No fuss or drama
No pressure from the Finance Manager either to buy all their warranty stuff. He even got me better financing than I got from my credit union.
What more can I say about Stephanie and Lexus of Concord.

My wife traded her 2012 Acura MDX for an amazing 2016 RX 350 FSport. Thank you Debbie Pullium for being amazing and making it happen. We wanted the FSport package (mainly because I LOVE my 2015 GS350 FSport) but didn’t think we could get the payments where we wanted. Debbie went out of her way and Mike Ramish the GM worked with our trade to get us the deal we wanted.
I joke with the Service manager Mark Ruffner about him being responsible for my family being a 2 FSport family! The great service I have received this past year made looking for a Lexus a no brainier when we decided to upgrade my wife’s MDX. Mark had loaned me a new RX 350 when my car was in for service and we loved it. After checking out Acura MDX, BMW X5, Audi Q5 and Infiniti we both wanted that sweet 2016 RX 350. Thanks to Debbie we bought it and could not be more pleased with it.
The vehicle technology specialist Ron spent over an hour going over the advanced tech this model has and he showed me a few things about my GS 350 FSport that I didn’t know it could do!
There are many places to buy cars and for me it comes down to the quality of the service I receive at the time of the sale and ongoing service from the service department. After being an owner for 12 months we purchased a second vehicle from Lexus of Concord and that’s the highest praise possible!

Horrible customer care… sold me a car with mismatch tires… with a nail in tire… ugggghhh…title papers never received and thoroughly overlooked once sale complete… NEVER GOING BACK…

I found myself in a series of unfortunate events from my car being totaled, to other dealerships that were rude & not looking out for the customer’s best interest. My fiancé & I were close to giving up that day, but after speaking with Alex, everything turned around for the better. We have never leased before, but he was SO helpful in explaining everything we needed to know & answering all of our questions. It was such a wonderful experience! After a terrible car accident, I unfortunately found myself in the market for a new car. Stressed to find another automobile soon, I came to Concord from Sacramento and all I can say is thank you. Your sales team was fantastic and very accommodating. I never felt bullied or pushed to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with. Throughout negotiations, I felt that my concerns were taken seriously and coming to a deal was easy. Never have I equated buying a car with the word easy! I left happy, and with a beautiful car. I really appreciated the customer relations manager taking the time to go over every inch and option on the car making driving a pleasure again. Thanks Lexus team for making a great product and the customer service to support it.

Maybe I just didn’t get the right sales person when I came in a month ago to look at the Lexus RX350. My husband and I were on a mission to test drive several vehicles that day to see which one I would like the most. The RX350 was on the list.
So we went to the dealership and were immediately greeted. We told him what we were looking for and he had the exact model, a new 2015 RX350. He got it out, and it looked like it had sat in some rain and dust for quite sometime. The windshield was very dirty… I thought they might want to clean it for us before we went on the test drive, but they didn’t. We just cleaned it with the windshield wipers. Anyways, my husband and I really liked the car, but as I had explained to the salesperson, we really wanted to look around before making our decision. This is where my experience started to go downhill.
First of all, I did appreciate the salesperson showing us the dealers invoice up front without hesitation, as I didn’t want to play the game of asking for something two to three times. I got the information we were looking for and wanted to be on our way. So he keeps us there for about 15 minutes and then goes and gets the sales manager, and at this point, it’s been now about 20 min after I clearly stated that I am doing some comparison shopping and am going to wait to make a decision. The sales manager comes and introduces himself, and again, here comes the hard push. I thought that Lexus had better service than this! If you want to impress me with your amazing Lexus service, this was NOT the way to win me over. And at this point, no one had even given me a business card yet.
So a month later now, I was contacted and asked if I was still interested and at this point I said as a matter of fact, yes, my husband and I are planning to come this weekend but we want this certain model to be there and do you have it. He said that model is not available, but we have others. I said no, I want that one and can you find it. He said sure. So 10 min later I get a text wth the car and the price. I asked if this was fully loaded and he said no. Mind you, I had already stated I wanted a 2015 RX350, black on black, fully loaded. Then he said he needed time. I said fine. He texts me back after an hour or two and said I have a black with maroon interior and a price and do we have a deal. I’m sorry, but did I ask for maroon??? Not sure why I have to keep repeating myself with the people I have come across at this dealership. He said we just don’t have it, after I asked if it can be found. Okay, so it must mean that all the dealerships are out of that model, color and package. So I look online at Lexus of Pleasanton, and low and behold, in their online inventory, I counted 10 RX’s that had what we were looking for. Two minutes and found. So when did it change where you can’t find a car at another dealership??? Because it took literally two minutes.
We went to Lexus of Pleasanton and had an amazing service experience. We were absolutely pleased. The price we paid was more than what we wanted to spend, but because of the service experience alone, we purchased the vehicle there. A slight inconvenience driving 25 miles there versus 3 miles to Concord. But it made all the difference.
Needless to say, we were quite disappointed this didn’t work out here in my local area. I don’t think that all of Lexus of Concord is bad, but our particular salesperson was just terrible, and could have saved us a trip to Pleasanton if he just took two minutes to look for the car like I did. Even more so, with almost 10K in add ons, we now will be driving all the way to Pleasanton for service as well. Wish it wasn’t so inconvenient to get great service from a brand that is known for great service.

Had a wonderful experience here buying my first Lexus. Adel Karra was awesome! Knowledgeable and friendly, helped me finally understand the details about leasing vs. buying. He’s also really funny, made the entire process of buying more pleasant. Sophia, the financing guy, and the tech guy were also super friendly and accommodating. A few weeks after my purchase, I have received a few follow-​up calls from Adel & a manager, just to check on me and made sure everything was okay and if I had any questions. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy!

This review is solely for the SERVICE department. I have dealt with the sales folks and they have all been kind and knowledgeable thus gaining one star.
We have brought our IS 350 F-​sport to this dealership a few times for simple reasons and we have never truly been satisfied with the customer service we have received, but this latest instance has me so offended I felt compelled to share.
We brought in our car for inspection due to it pulling very hard to the right. The service person we worked with was Myron M.
My husband explained to Myron, via telephone call, prior to bringing the car in that this particular car has never had a need for an alignment; he then asked if the car could be checked in and to do an alignment if deemed necessary.
Long story short, the alignment was done and the front tires were also rotated. However, neither of these fixed our problem, the car is still pulling to the right.
When we picked up the vehicle, we waited (it appeared to be a very busy day and it was FREEZING out) a while because nobody came to greet us or help us, and then finally we were able to speak with Myron. He told us that the next step would be to replace the front right caster bushing and then we’d have to do another alignment. Myron appeared very confident that this replacement part could be the only way to correct our problem.
While Myron retrieved the paperwork from the printer, we had some questions that we wanted to run by him. I attempted to explain that to us it seemed frustrating to have to pay for an alignment that didn’t solve our problem. However, I was unable to complete my statement because Myron began to cut me off in an aggressive manner mid-​sentence, he was trying to say that the alignment was absolutely necessary. It’s not that we were in disagreement but just were sort of thinking out loud per se. I tried to say something else and Myron again was not letting me finish a thought. The whole thing became awkward and aggravated for no reason at all. I realize this whole thing sounds silly, but there are appropriate ways to deal with customers, cutting them off and not letting them speak is NOT OK. Especially, if I wasn’t disagreeing– but just vocalizing our frustration.
We were very dissatisfied with his lack of customer service and sheer lack of appropriate etiquette by cutting me off several times. This is a dealership that sells luxury vehicles and services are priced at a premium, Lexus of Concord can you please vet your service people better?
Guess what, we won’t be coming back. BYE!
**TLDR: Car is brought in, services are paid for but issue is still present, we voice concern/​frustration are cut off by service person several times. Rudeness!!!
No service experience survey has been sent out yet, I have attempted to contact service manager and have had no luck. Please don’t get your car serviced here! Go to Oakland– where people are nicer!

I went to Lexus of Concord to help my mother-​in-​law purchase a new Lexus to replace her old one. Buying a car can be an unpleasant process, but luckily Eric Tukhi took care of us and made the experience easy. He was very patient with my mother-​in-​law despite her being confused half the time. Eric was also very patient with my 2 year old daughter and even gave her a few toys to play with.
Eric was able to get us a great deal during price negotiations which ended up being quick and easy. This was great since I’ve experienced some really drawn out, painful bargaining sessions at other dealerships in the past.

Everyone knows buying a car is quite an experience and this was my first time. I was not scared since I am in Sales too. So, I would say do your research online before you go to any dealership. I did my homework and came in and saw a great deal on a car I picked. I had to negotiate like any big purchase and it was a great win for me and for them too since they wanted to get rid of their 2015 models.
I bought it through Rich. He was quite nice and attentive. I had a smooth experience with him and their finance Dept. They would def try to sell you more add-​on services if they could so it is up to you.

I wish I could give ZERO stars. I brought my car in for service at 2pm yesterday and was told it should be ready by the same time today. I get a call from Jeff who tells me that they are running a little late and that it should be done by 5 or 5:30pm.
Fine.
We get to the dealership at 5pm and we’re told 30 minutes more and it should be done. We have a seat in the lounge. Jeff comes back out at 5:30 and says they were having some issues with a rusty bolt and that it should be done in about another 30 minutes.
Fine, again.
Then Jeff comes back out at 6pm and says they’re almost done and that we can take care of the paperwork now instead of having to wait until the car is done. Ok.
We have now been here for TWO HOURS, with the promise of «it’s almost done» and the car is still not done! I wish they would have been honest with us and just told us to come back tomorrow! Now we’re stuck here with our 4 year old son who wants to leave.
Please LEXUS of CONCORD– be considerate when quoting times to your customers! This is total BS!

Okay, okay I was supposed to write this review like a month ago, but I’ve been too damn busy ENJOYING MY NEW CAR!
My husband and I were doing a lot of research on used cars in our area, and had just driven away defeated from another dealership in the area. I was quite adamant that we were «just looking» and would «not get a car» that weekend.
We just happened to drive by Lexus of Concord and decided to stop in. We walked the lot for a little while and stumbled upon a great looking BMW X1 tucked into a spot on the far side of the lot.
We were greeted by Matt, (who was really nice and was wearing a great suit on a really hot day!) and I honestly could not have been happier with the experience we were provided with by the entire staff.
We got down to the nitty gritty very quickly, and needless to say the buying experience was painless. They also gave me great trade in value for my 2006 Mustang.
We got our test drive, our paperwork done, and our keys within about a two hour time period which was a bonus.
Matt worked really hard to get us the deal we were looking for, and when all was said and done, he even offered us some of his wife’s delicious homemade baklava.
I would definitely visit this dealership again next time we are car shopping.

Just had the worst buying experience at this dealership. I was suppose to lease a gs350 f sport 2015 today. I wasted 3 hours and some change before I saw the way they tried to steal money from their potential customers. They padded the money factor from 1.9% to almost 4%. I saw this when I was with the finance guy who really does not care if people are being ripped off their savings. The only decent man there had to leave early to be with his family his name is mike. Stay away from Alex and Ray from the internet department they are dishonest people I guess they are the run of the mill car salesman hahaha.
This person has the temerity to expose the means they cheat their customers. With my credit score of 800 plus I was entitled to a money factor equivalent to a 1.9% apr. but what did this people do was give me an apr close to 4%. This is one of the way the fleece you at that dealership. Stay away if you need to go out of state hahaha you might have a better chance of finding an honest person to deal with. I agreed but it does not mean I will sign blindly if the numbers do not add up. We have a problem.

To be frank, there comes a time (for me: the transition into my early 30’s) when Civics and Corollas just don’t cut it anymore. So I did what anyone would do, I traded in my Corolla for a delicious, cozy, slightly more environmentally friendly CT200 h. FYI, this location has a better inventory than some other locations.
And who better to guide me through this transition than Eric, who didn’t treat me differently or dismiss me just because I look like a 23 year old kid (which happens annoyingly often). He guided us seamlessly through the process, answering every question, not interrupting when my husband and I were clicking away on the iPhone calculator, and hooked us up. He even offered to order us sandwiches when I started to complain about being hungry which basically earned him a MAJOR gold star for this grumbly Unilocaler. I’d buy another car from Eric in a heartbeat.
Anyway, would love to chat more but there’s a sexy Lexus waiting for me in my driveway. Tata!

Exceptional customer service! Alex Rigali is all about ensuring you are happy every step of the way including after your purchase. He helped me surprise my wife with a new RX and his «can do» attitude no matter what the request is excellent! Went out of his way to deliver the vehicle right to my home complete with a bow on top just like the commercials!
