Established in 2005.

inGenius! Learning Center was established in 2005 to serve middle school and high school students in the Walnut Creek, Pleasant Hill, Martinez, and Concord areas. Working one-​on-​one with students, we help students develop their skills in the following areas:

Math (all levels from Algebra to Calculus)

Science (biology, chemistry, physics)

We aim to make tutoring a place where students have fun and build confidence while constantly being stretched and challenged to learn new skills. We recognize that students learn in a variety of ways and therefore bring a variety of teaching techniques to help them learn more difficult concepts. We like to include both personalized and ridiculous examples to help bring the subject home. Our students are our number one priority and our desire for excellence shows in everything we do.

Business Owner

I started tutoring when I was a sophomore in high school. I fell in love with the job’s challenges and rewards and after I graduated from UC Davis, inGenius! was born. Tutoring is my full time passion, and I have worked with more than 40 kids in the past seven years in all levels of math. As demand outgrew my ability to take on students, I started hiring a team of amazing people who are as dedicated to student success as I am. All of our tutors have previous tutoring experience and a 4-​year college degree. Most are graduate students or pre-​med. Our job is more than imparting knowledge; we also instill confidence and act as a mentor who has ‘been there and done that’ on the college track.
