A Long History of Excellence and Service

History

Established in 2011.

Graham & Graham grew out of the former Acton law practice of Graham & Harsip, P.C., which itself was born from Scheier, Scheier, Graham, & Harsip, (which itself was born from Scheier, Scheier & Graham) with a presence in Acton, Concord, and the Metro-west Boston area at least as far back as 1959. In 2011, Graham & Graham opened its doors in the Exchange Hall in South Acton. At the same time, we committed ourselves to more fully engaging the power of new technologies to give our clients access to our services more cost-effectively and with greater attention to client privacy and security. Our practice moved from site-based practice management to a cloud-based practice management system, our client files converted from paper to digital, and our primary modes of communication shifted from conversations during regular office hours while seated at our desks to more 247 availability wherever we are.

Meet the Business Owner

Steven G.

Business Owner

A real estate law provider with long-standing ties to the community, Steven has represented buyers, sellers, and developers through every phase and every type of real estate transaction. If you’re starting a new business, Steven can help you choose the proper form. If you’re a business owner who needs help negotiating with vendors, clients, or other partners, he can guide you through those negotiations as well.

Steven Graham (J.D., Boston University, 1969) has been an attorney practicing law in our area since 1972. His children were born and raised in Acton and he has been deeply involved in local affairs, most notably serving as chair for Concord Assabet and Adolescent Services for 22 years before they were acquired by the Justice Resource Institute. In recognition of his commitment to service, the United Way nominated Steven as their Community Hero in 1996 — an honor that made him an Olympic Torch Bearer as the Torch passed through Acton on its way to the Olympic Games.
