I’ve been looking for a new hairdresser for a long time now, and thank goodness I found Julia. I like my hair really short with lots of layers, so I really need someone who knows what they are doing. She did a great job on my hair.
I know this sounds weird, but I like the fact that she wasn’t super chatty chatty. I find haircuts really relaxing, so I like to just close my eyes and enjoy. I also feel like hairdressers who talk a lot aren’t concentrating on my cut. Well, this was my first time here, so I think we didn’t have much to say either.
I look forward to getting my hair highlighted or colored some time. I normally just deal with the gray, but I think I trust her to color it.
Oh, I also love the fact that she posts her prices by the register! I find it so uncomfortable to have to ask. I would have paid more so I just gave it to her in a tip.

Great haircut, great price. Just remember to ask for shampoo if you want, ’cause it’s extra.

What a great FIND! Julia is very knowledgeable, patient & skilled. Been paying $ 60.00 at another salon for a year, got great cuts, but hard to get appointment & out of my way. Glamor Cuts is in my neighborhood & about ¹⁄₃ the price. Excellent cut, not an easy one either! I’m hard to please, but Julia gave me a great cut & I will be going there from now on!

Julia really deserves the 5-​star reviews! Thank you Unilocalers… I was lucky enough to get a last minute appointment today and was determined to try her out based on the Unilocal reviews. I’m so happy with my hair! She did a good job and I’m so glad I found her. She understands hair… makes suggestions and is very good at what she does. The fact that she is very charming and friendly is a bonus.

I have to drive further since Julia moved from downtown but it is well worth it. Parking is easy.

Julia is amazing, she is a great hair stylist! Not a lot of people can cut my hair the way I want cause I have thick hair. Julia takes time, listens to what you want and makes sure that you are indeed happy with your haircut.

My friend recommended her! And I’m pretty picky who cuts my hair. But I gave her a try and I went to Julia! She is awesome and I don’t go to anyone or anywhere but to Julia. She knows exactly how to cut my hair! She’s very nice. I’d definitely recommend anyone to go to her! She’s great! I only trust her with my hair.

Julia used her special powers today, and took the peice of green paper (money), that the prior client dropped on the floor, put on her cape, flew out the door, stopped the car in the middle of traffic, and kindly asked the person to roll down the window, and give the person back the dollar – fantasy – reality– Julia picked up the dollar bill on the floor from the client that just left, hurried outside, motioned to the vehicle, and saved the day – again!!!
Yes, I like to have fun with my reveiws… why not? Sooo… I’m always impressed with Julia as a stylist and as a person, she’s cute, funny, and most of all does a great job with hair. The shopping center where the salon is doesn’t get to busy. The great thing about this place is that no one else is there, just Julia, and that’s great!!! Less noise… I highly reccomend calling her to make an appointment. every time I’ve come here, besides the first time, she’ with someone.
She knows what she’s do, does a great job, and charges a reasonable price. Those salons in WC that I used to go to are very pricey. The only reason I would leave Julia is if one day I woke up with no hair, and I seriously doubt that will ever happen to me.

A friend had suggested Julia many times and because my regular hairdresser no longer cuts hair, I was desperate to find someone just as good or even better.
So my husband and I went together to get my «birthday haircut» and I was very pleased with the results. Julia was very knowledgable with the kind of cut I wanted and took her time getting it to what I wanted. My husband even said she did an amazing job as he watched her cut off 7 inches of hair off. Julia is awesome at what she does!

I had been with my hair stylist in San Francisco for the past 30 years and was wanting to find a good stylist closer to home. I was hesitant to go to someone brand new that was not familiar with my hair. My hesitation soon vanished when I found Julia on Unilocal and made the phone call for an appointment.
When I showed up for my appointment, she was finishing up another customer. She acknowledged me several time during my wait that she would be right with me and thanked me for my patience. A true 1^st class customer service skill. Her skills as a hair stylist matched her customer service skills. I absolutely love the way my hair turned out. I will not be driving all the way to S.F. anymore just to get my hair done.
I highly recommend Julia. She is kind, patient, and a skilled hair stylist.

My friend recommended me to this stylist and I can see why. I first got my hair cut here last month on the 29^th of June and just recently got my hair cut by her again. She does an amazing job for a good price. Julia doesn’t BS cutting hair like the barbers I’ve been to. I will be getting my hair cut by her from now on.

I have been with Julia now for 12 yrs… I will continue to follow her where ever she opens shop! When you have a hair dresser that does what you want, you stick with them… After being with her for so long, I just sit in the chair and say «you know my hair, cut it». I say very little and it’s done! I love her she never seethe to amaze me! I will continue to refer customers to her thru any social media or compliments on my hair. I pull out my cell and give them her shop number… Thank you Julia! You are the best, no other hair dresser comes even close to what you do!

No one touches my hair except Julia! She’s been cutting my hair for about 10 years now. I always leave the shop happy and satisfied. She knows how to listen to the customers. The price, location and customer service are fantastic!

I just got a great new hair style from Julie! I love it. She squeezed me in the same day I called, but took plenty of time with me to reshape my tired old hair. I am really impressed with her techniques and her care. She even let me leave coupons for my massage business to help me out! A wonderful person and a great new style! Thank you Julie!

My husband and I and our grandson have followed Julia to her new shop on Clayton Rd. I would not even consider letting anyone else cut our hair. We all have thin, fine hair, yet she does an AMAZING job with layers, making it look much fuller and thicker. Julia is an artist when it comes to hair… you can tell she loves her work… always taking whatever time she needs to make it come out just right. She is lovely and gracious and her beautiful smile lights up the shop when you come in! I wish I could give her TEN stars!

Very nice, cheap, talented! Can’t beat it! Cut and 7 foil highlight cost me $ 65!!! She took her time and gave me the cut on the picture I showed her. She was pretty busy so I recommend making an appointment.
