If i could give zero stars i would. RUDEST staff ever! First they require a 100 deposit for a shabby room at best on top of the 100 price.
2^nd i arrived at 1pm and they said i couldnt check in until 2 or 230 so i was going to leave my car in the parking lot and go with a friend to get something to eat.
The lot was EMPTY and thiswoman comes screaming out of the office that the car will get towed! WOW never been treated so horribly! Worst customer setvice EVER gor a crappy hole in the wall place.

Bad service it was one of the worst experiences ever the room was disgustingly filthy and when you tried to use the heater the smoke alarm went on there was not enough no bedspread Plus they had a sign at the entrance of the registration they were AAA discounts and when we asked for them they said they didn’t have any plus there was a very strong bad odor in the room the worst experience ever I myself worked in a motel but this is the worst ever. I wouldn’t even recommend this motel to my worst enemy that bad it is
The pictures are not what you really see in the rooms please do not rent from this place is terrifying

I’ve never written any feedback about the places I stayed before but this time is an exception. If you have other inn, motel, hotel to stay, please don’t stay at this one.
1. Rude. My first impression is that this place has the rudest staff ever. I planed to stay here for 2 days and reserved the room. I drove from LA to Concord, I came kinda early at 11. They told me to wait til 3pm (with a very bad attitude) so that I could check in. Though I was so tired, I still had to drive around the area (had lunch, coffee, buying water) and I came back at 2:15 pm. I asked the staff at the front desk if I could stay in the reception room (also their breakfast or dinning room) to wait til 3. I just wanted to read a book during the 1 hr to wait til 3. The answer is «NO, you can’t stay inside here. Come back at 3». I was so pissed that I wanted to cancel the reservation and stayed somewhere else. But I was so tired to do so and ended up with spending my 45 mins in a Starbucks coffee.
2. Room is nasty. 90 $/​day and I stayed in a room with homeless smell. :(I was so desperate.
3. Continental breakfast covered. This must be kidding. I just had a look and did not even dare to eat.
Please please, don’t stay here.

Do not stay here. They are horrible and they keep your deposit when they should not. The place is a dump. Also they are VERY RUDE. Stay at the Motel 6 across the street. They are nice and don’t require a deposit. Can’t believe they even stay in business.

This hotel doesnt even deserve one star. The customer service is the worst ive ever experienced. Front desk was RUDE and the attitudes they had were out of this world. the room was disgusting, how in the hell does something so trashy cost over 100 $?
Close this place DOWN.

For the price, it’s a good deal. The room was nice and clean. Yes, there’s a security deposit but you will get that back. I did not encounter any issues during my stay here. I would come back again.

While the room I had wasn’t the worst I’ve ever stayed at, the $ 100 security deposit was ridiculous.
There is nothing in this hotel worth a $ 100 deposit.
They didn’t just authorize my card for the deposit, they actually charged it.
Don’t stay here unless it’s the last place on earth on the way to hell, and even then skip it.

For what they charge, this place is a pretty good deal. The rooms are clean, it’s convenient, and the staff has always been quick to take care of any issues. I’ve stayed there four or five times now, and it’s not the Hilton, but it’s the best hotel I’ve found in the area for the money

Dude at the desk was quite not very welcoming .
Went to the room, Dirty carpet smelled nasty towels had brown stains not on just one but 3 of the towels in the room tv was slow only great thing about it was the location because of the pavillion and the AC I’m the room

The service was so bad I don’t even know where to start on the review I just know that if I could give it a negative star rating it would be by –10 DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE STAY HERE!!!

! So I showed him my confirmation and what I paid and he said «that doesn’t matter». The place is a dump for the price (I paid $ 95)! This makes motel 6 look like a 4 star. And the staff is so rude. Not to mention I got bug bites all down my arms and legs! I will never come back and I would not recommend it to anyone!

Do not stay here unless you have no other choice. If I could give this 0 stars I would. We were forced to stay here due to hotels in Martinez, CA being booked for the night in question.
This place REALLY needs to be removed from any sort of corporate brand.
The room quality was abysmal. «Customer Service», if that is what it is called… Just, wow. Rude is an understatement. The furniture in room was literally second hand thrift store quality, shoved in one corner and largely unusable. The shower leaked substantially, constantly. When the shower was turned on the knob was broken such that one couldn’t adjust the temperature. There were what appeared to be drug dealers on one side of my room and some sort of «pimp/​hoe» arrangement on the room on the other side. They were largely on the balcony in front of my room ALL night being loud, smoking and etc. The «continental breakfast» was a bag of white bread and 2 types of generic cereal. The entire place reeked of all manner of odors both in room and in lobby. I would be ashamed to have a brand associated with this establishment. That it is listed on Expedia and
made me feel okay enough to book the room (I had no choice) but it really needs to be removed as it really damages both those brands. Not only will I not stay there ever again but I was motivated enough to post about it on Unilocal as I feel I need to warn other travelers away from this establishment. It is unfortunate that so many of us had to use this as overflow from hotels being booked in Martinez. ¹⁄₁₀ would not use again. AVOID.
P. S. Oh, I almost forgot. After tax I paid $ 101.70/night, mid week, for this deplorable room. Don’t do it.

WORST PLACE EVER!!! Had to stay here only because the company we work for had paid the night. I would never stay here again. I would rather sleep in my work and i drive a single cab. I know for sure it would be cleaner.

Horrible service! I booked my room through
and when I walked in the guy at the front counter told me to wait and come back 30 mins later and walked away. After waiting in the lobby he refused to give me the room and said he didn’t want any trouble. I just needed a place to sleep for the night, after racial profiling me he back away and waited for me to leave. Never coming back!

Disgusting, my room smelled like an old homeless person slept in it and pissed all over it. Please DO NOT stay here and avoid this place at all cost. I only stayed because my company put me up here so I am not about to spend my money on something else. If you are looking for a place to stay please do yourself a favor and pay more but stay some place nicer.

Wall paper is peeling and the sink was dirty. The Window was unlocked and any one could have jumped in. When I asked for an iron they did bring one but didn’t bring an ironing board? Not worth the $ 75.00 I was charged! The door closest to my room was broken and I had to walk around. Not good at all..

The place was clean and convenient. For the price, not too bad.

We had a non-​smoking room that reeked of smoke. The ‘white’ bathroom floor was grayish black. I did not feel safe walking with bare feet. I could not even sleep because I was so put off.
The hotel staff was rude and could care less.
Please, please stay somewhere else!

Horrible experience. Rude staff. Room smelled of old Indian food. Non smoking room had cigarette burns in linens. Room rate upon check in was not rate charged to card. Beware and stay somewhere else.
