When we decided to purchase new floors, our installer recomended Flooring Distributors in Concord. I shopped around, and finally found the laminate flooring that I liked. Tyler at Flooring Distributors was extremely helpful, patient, and responsive, and beat the prices of the other flooring stores by far. The flooring was ordered and came in very quickly, during which time our installer was injured and could no longer do our job. Tyler recommended an installer who was able to come out within the week. Jorge, our installer, was awesome! He and his crew are quick and efficient. My floors are beautiful and I am VERY pleased with Flooring Distributors’ service. I will be using them again for our upcoming carpet install. Highly Recommend!

I recently had a very disappointing experience with a major home imp. retailer who failed to deliver flooring on the promised date and they were very nonchalant about giving themselves another 10 days to have it available. We had people scheduled to install and the house empty of furniture as well as plans for the date that was convenient for them to deliver. I went back to their store, cancelled the order, and left. .fortunately for me 2 blocks away I drove past Flooring Distributors and decided to see if I could find the flooring I wanted and get it in a timely manner. I had the kind of experience there you hope to have when you deal with any retailer. The owner (Tyler) was there and extremely helpful. I told him what I was looking for and the circumstances/​timeline I was confronted with. He showed me what he had which was almost exactly what I had originally chosen, was very accommodating on the price and, after a five minute phone call to his supplier, told me that if I wanted to I could go and pick it up myself that afternoon (Friday) or he would have it for me Monday a.m. at his store which I opted for. It was a pleasant, fast, efficient and hassle free experience and I will be going back in a few weeks for carpeting to finish our project. No hesitation to recommend.
