Everything is amazing!!! My family hosted a party catered by Ceviche & Co and people could not stop raving about the food… especially the ceviche! I am personally still craving the empanadas!

Went to Off the Grid and decides to try the Ceviche & Co. truck. I LOVE the empanadas! They were so cheesy and warm. The sauce on the side is great too. My boyfriend tried the ceviche and he loved it. I didn’t try it because i dont like fish. They were out of the plantains but i can’t wait to go back and try it. We will definitely be back!

I been question by a lot from the people on which food truck do I love to eat. I have eaten at a lot of food trucks at Off the Grid and there is one particular food truck that I love to eat… Ceviche & Co. Their food is amazing. It was the best meal from any food trucks that I ever had no doubt. I never had amazing empanadas and skewers. It was good and healthy. The best food that I love off of their menu is the Ceviche of the Day which is the fish that they serve for the day with seasonal vegetables, plantain, and corn chips. It is the food that I will definitely eat when I see them at Off the Grid.

My coworkers and I got this for lunch the other day, and I was very impressed! Love the cerviche, it was red snapper, which I wasn’t sure if I would like, and it was great! I also got the plantains and empanadas which I split with a coworker so we could try a few different item, yum! I also really appreciate that they take credit card, because I do not carry cash! After we placed our order, a few people after us line were the last people to get cerviche, so I was happy we got there when we did! Will be back!

Healthy is not the word one usually thinks about when describing food from food trucks-unless your talking about Ceviche & Co. I like that I can enjoy some yummy eats and not feel guilty about it. the ceviche is delicious and fresh with the right amount of portion and flavor. I haven’t tried the empanadas, but I can’t wait to try them! There are lines, but that is because everything is cooked fresh to order. well worth the wait.

The ceviche was delicious and slightly unique but not esoteric. The empanadas were little pillows of love!

This review is based on their ceviche only, but I am hoping to catch them again and try more dishes soon! I have been wanting to try Ceviche and Co since I first saw them at the Walnut Creek Off the Grid. The first night I saw them there was when the WCOTG had just debuted, and the line for this truck that night was insane. I decided to wait and hoped I’d catch them again with a shorter wait. That happened this past Tuesday, when I was in WC later than I usually am and had a chance to catch OTG again. Drove by, saw no line, was super hungry, and decided this was the night to try Ceviche & Co. SO glad I did! The ceviche of the day was shrimp, my favorite. It was SOGOOD! I mean really good. Even though its a bit pricey, they give you an ample amount and don’t skimp on the seafood at all! The flavors and textures were perfect, and this particular ceviche had pineapple in it which I LOVE and just made it that much tastier for me. I have been on a serious ceviche kick lately and this is definitely one of the better ones I have tried! Service was friendly and fast as well. I will for sure be back to try another one of their ceviches as well as some of the other menu items that looked delicious, like the empanadas and the steak skewers!

I’m officially stalking this food truck. I think they have the best empendas around. I haven’t tried their signature ceviche because I don’t care for seafood but I’ve tried pretty much everything else on their menu. I’ve not been disappointed with anything so far!

Say Vee Chay! This place is the bomb! Just had their shirt steak skewers with yucca at the Concord Off The Grid, it was perfect, the chimichurri was just right.

A little pricey, but hey, it’s gourmet ceviche from a food truck, it is what it is. I’ve had food here twice now, and both times their ceviche was delicious! I’m more a fan of the fish ones than the shrimp. Salchi fries are tasty, but not necessary. The ceviche was a little salty and sweet at the same time, which was interesting. I liked the crispy texture of the plantain chips, and also enjoyed the small bits of fruit mixed in. Yum!

This was my first time experiencing Ecuadorian cuisine and I must say that it was delicious! I tried the sea bass ceviche and my bf had their chicken skewers. They were both flavorful and cooked well. The portions were just right for each person and the prices seemed reasonable. Overall, I enjoyed the food and would definitely come back for more!

Came to the food truck for the first time tonight and I will not be back. Line was 40+ minutes. Waited for my food for 30+. Plus, they ran out of ceviche. The whole experience took over an hour and a half and it was not worth it.

Some of the freshest and best Ceviche I’ve ever had. The Veggie Empenada’s are fried and melt in your mouth good. The skirt steak is very well seasoned and tasty. The Yucca chips and potatoes that come with the meals are very good too. Daniel the owner is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet and this is definitely one of my favourite food trucks at the Taste of the World Market in front of the Pleasant Hill BART station. They are there about every other week on a Friday and I look forward to eating there every time!

Very tasty Ecuadorian food. Ceviche & Co AKA Say-Vee-Chay is definitely one of my favorite food trucks. Ecuadorian food is not something you see too often and this certainly has a California twist. The empanadas were cheesier than I am used too, but they were very very delicious. The ceviche had green apples and pomegranate seeds which made the dish even more bright and refreshing and worked beautifully. Definitely stealing that one. I also tried the skirt steak skewers with a different than usual, but tasty chimichurri sauce. The accompanying fried yuccas were great and the dressed spinach was again different, but good. For a food truck, not too expensive. Definitely try it!

I was extremely excited when I first heard about an ECUADORIAN(my home country!) food truck in Walnut creek! I made my way to The Bend to give the Ceviche & Co. truck a try… I ordered the Sea Bass ceviche and the veggie empanadas. The ceviche was delicious — made with the right amount of lime juice and salt. The different variety of chips(yucca, plantains and corn chips) on the side were perfect for scooping up the ceviche. The veggie empanadas are a must try! They are filled with fire roasted poblano and pepper jack cheese blend served with a creamy sauce on the side which made the empanadas very tasty! I am definitely returning for their delicious and savory food soon!

I had an opportunity to pay a visit to Ceviche & Co. today. I must say that I was thoroughly impressed! I had two Sea Bass Ceviches, Steak Skewers, and Chicken Skewers… Don’t judge, I was hungry. Hahah! The ceviche was done just right and served with special chips. Daniel, the purveyor, advised me that he plans to change his ceviche ingredients weekly. I really liked the Sea Bass recipe today. I look forward to trying out what they’ll serve up next time. The steak skewers and chicken skewers were seasoned and cooked perfectly. They were served with a bit of salad other goodies I haven’t had before. I should have noted what the side goodies were but I was too busy eating. Hah! Before I left, I texted my local friends about this new outfit and raved about how good my lunch was. If you’re in the vicinity of the whereabouts of Ceviche & Co, I highly suggest that you give it em’ a go. I doubt you’d be disappointed. Cheers!!!

Viva Ecuador! Ceviche & Co. made their debut at The Bend in Walnut Creek the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, and you better believe on Wednesday the word was out! I heard coworkers rave, so come lunchtime I hightailed to the food truck market. Sure enough, sold out of ceviche! *chilled lime & salt tear* Hopefully they’ll stick around thanks to good business and word of mouth, and I’ll get my chance to try their sea bass ceviche — an EPIC offering for Walnut Creek, IMHO. The employees were all very friendly and appreciative of the business and crowd their truck attracted. Every single person who walked up to their window was like«Sold out, really??» But I was soothed with a sample of their veggie empanada(hola flavor!), and ordered up their chicken skewers with peanut cilantro sauce. The wait seemed a little long for a relatively quiet and cold day, hopefully they can pick up the pace next time. But the meal was well worth it — FIVE marinated and seared skewers, plump and juicy with a glorious hint of char, served atop a cheesy potato cake topped with pickled cabbage. All for $ 9! Very tasty — it’s a delight to get restaurant-quality food from the humble food truck. I will definitely return to sample their titular offerings, and in the meantime, muy delicioso!
