History
Established in 2012.
Owner Tom MacDonald started building senior living communities because his own mother was in need of assisted living and he could not find anything that was suitable for mom. In 1985 he built the first community Château I, and five years later he built Château II and five years later built the first state of the art assisted living and memory care community in Pleasant Hill, Château III.
