Established in 2014.

Shift was founded in 2014 by former Google and Dropbox team members, launching in San Francisco’s Castro District. The mission is to turn what is universally regarded as a burdensome life event into a delightful experience, and to bring trust and simplicity to the peer-​to-​peer used car market.
