Salesman came to my factory. Said the job would take 2 — 3 weeks to complete. Told me that they both make and install the doors in their own local factory. It has been almost 6 weeks and still no door. I must say that this is my first and last time using Lawrence Doors. I will go back to the old door company. They cost a little bit more but the doors I got from them took only 2 weeks. I guess you really do get what you pay for.

Lawrence did a fantastic job repairing my door! They had a salesman come out and diagnose the problem immediately, he even temporarily repaired my door before the repair truck could make it out. They had someone out within a few hours of my call and the door was repaired the next day. Will definitely use again!

Because Lawrence Doors did not respond to an emergency call in a timely fashion, our condo garage door was left open for 3 days with compromised security. They promised it would be repaired the next day but said it needed one part when it really needed two and that held up the repair an extra day. When the service guy came to fix it, he did not test it fully so the sensors inside the garage didn’t work and people without openers were locked inside. A second crew had to be dispatched and they needed 2 hours more to correct the problem.
