AnaMar Windows

I worked for anamar in hayward and they failed to pay me for mutiple jobs i did for them. I was given the run around for 2 weeks before i decided im going to call the labor board. I was sent to a job with alex 35 year caulking, which is water based, and not recommended for exterior caulking, so i finished the job and got paid for it. A month, and several jobs later i was on my way back south and recieved a call that my workers and i were no longer needed. The owner, Andres sent 200 dollars to split anongst the 3 of us then sends a picture showing the door on the job i described out of the hole saying this is why i need more experience. Ive been doing windows for 13 years and any time the house is leaking already its going to continue to leak untill fixed. The leak existed already it was not my fault. This company may have nice windows but seem to have issues with paying their installers. ANDRES BAUTISTAS FLAT OUT BURNED ME FOR HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS. I’ve had an awesome experience with AnaMar. Bought 13 of their retrofit windows. They were delivered to my house in 4 days. All maintenance were exact. They fit neuritis and install was super easy. Good quality windows. One of my guys dropped a window when installing. Anna was super accommodating, helping me change that out. If you’re in the market for windows or doors. Come check out Ananar!

Did a lot of research trying to find a good quality door that wouldnt break the bank. Found AnaMar here on Unilocal and thought I would give them a try. Ordered a 12 foot wide 4 panel slider from Anna. She was very helpful and set up delivery for me. I installed them on Friday and WOW they look amazing. Great quality too. Had a slight issue with one of the rollers and called Anamar to help. They came and brought me new rollers the same day. I uploaded photos for all you Unilocalers to see. I would definitely recommend AnaMar to my family and friends.

My experience so far with Anamar:
1. Found their site, found this page. Good reviews, prices seem great, like idea of going factory direct.
2. Emailed about 3 sliding glass doors needed. Got pricing within a few days from Anna. So far, so good.
3. Never heard a follow up, but that’s OK, assume they were busy, I was busy with remodeling.
4. Called and asked if someone could come out to measure our existing doors to ensure that we get the right size. Spoke with «Rick», who said he’d be out the next day.
5. Rick is a no show, no call. Called Anamar, Anna called Rick, who has no recollection of making the appointment to come out. He apologizes and says he’ll come the next day (today.)
6. No Rick, no call, no show.
I can only surmise from these events that AnaMar is so incredibly busy now, that my piddly little $ 3100 job is not worth their time or effort. Either that, or they are comedically disorganized and unprofessional, on a Three Stooges level.
I guess to actually buy something from them, I have to call them repeatedly and continually hound them — sorry, not gonna do that.

Are you looking to replace your windows? AnaMar Windows is the place to go. They manufacture their own windows on the spot. My wife found out about this place, while shopping on the interweb.
And as a result, she went to this company and ordered the retro fit windows we needed. And they came out perfect! And they don’t shilly shally dilly dally like the big chain hardware store. They will have your order ready in two days; not two weeks to a month.
And, the added bonus; they charge a whole lot less. You ready to save a bundle? Give them a call. What do you have to loose? They get the job done swiftly, accurately, and cost effectively.

I recently purchased windows, sliding door & glass door and are awesome! The door looks amazing and adds some style and elegance to my home. The lo-​e windows help with heat not coming through and have a clean look to them.

I called Rick to install windows and he’ll leave you out too dry on appointment day! If you value your time, buyer beware!!! It was NO PROBLEM to do the windows myself, save your self the head aches and cash!

I finally got energy efficient windows for my house! It’s been a long time coming, especially since I don’t have an AC at my house. I know, how could I not have an AC living in the valley? But I don’t. I had single pane crappy aluminum windows and it would get really hot in my house during the summer and really cold during the winter.
I’ll tell you right now that it makes a world of a difference since I’ve replaced my windows. The house definitely feels cooler. I had no idea windows could really change the look of a home. It makes it look 100x better and also reduce outside noise.

The windows are lifetime warranty and the window is transferable to another owner after the sale of a home, but it can only be transferred once.
I think these windows are just as good as the high end brand, Milgard and the price is attractive, too. I highly recommend these windows.

I have purchased numerous windows from AnaMar. Every interaction I have had with them has been great! The quality of the windows are excelent as well as the turnaround. I would like to add that Anna has been the best! Her assistance has been worth more than I am sure she is getting paid. Give this girl a raise!

I’m writing this review on behalf of my mom who doesn’t use Unilocal but wanted to leave a review for this place. She said the quality of their materials is excellent but most importantly, the customer service is really good. One of the ladies who work there went out of her way to help my mom out when there was a mix up and in the end, everything worked out great. We would definitely recommend!

Can’t say enough goods things about this company, from their price to the quality of windows they produce. Andrew (owner) is fantastic, he makes sure you are 100% satisfied from start to finish! Their prices can’t be beat, they also make shutters so it’s a 1 stop solution for your home or business. I recommend them to all my friends and family!!!

Spoke to the owner, very nice man. We talked about what I wanted to do to my house. He gave me a quote and I liked the estimate. The service was quick and the installers were friendly. I will definitely refer my friends and family.

Another extremely unprofessional place of business. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Jerry was supposed to come to our house to fix a broken glass door. He was supposed to come in the morning, but he didn’t. My mom called him and he said he would come at night time instead. My mom likes to believe in things called second chances and what not so she waited for him. Around 6PM he still hasn’t showed up so she calls him and this time I take over the phone call. He tells me that he can come by after 7:30 because he’s waiting on his son? Or someone. I’m not clear who and I honestly don’t care. Nope. Didn’t show up. My mom feels the need to help others and give business to those who need the money. So she talked to him again and he told us he WANTED to come and he wanted OUR BUSINESS. She told him that if he didn’t want to do it, it’s fine, she can go somewhere else, but if he wanted to do it then he needs to come. Surprise Surprise, he didn’t show up the next day either.
