History

Established in 1981.

Steve Worthman, owner of Classic Video Productions, attended Sullivan County Community College in 1976. While attending College he became a DJ for the school radio station and one of the first Mobile DJ companies. He then transferred to Suffolk Community College to enroll in the Radio/​TV program and went on to Hofstra University to complete his four year B.A. degree where he majored in Communication Arts with a minor in Fine Arts, and emphasis in Photography. After graduation in 1981, Steve established Classic Video Productions which produced Special Event and Corporate Video. In 2004 Classic Video added Photography services to their business services. To date Classic Video has produced thousands of Wedding, Special Event, Sporting Event, and Corporate Video and Photographic jobs.
