The Woman Who Was working the drive thru on 5−17−15 was very rude. You made it feel like your customers were unwanted. Yes it was busy. It’s because you work in Fast food. You rushed us to the window before we could finish placing our order.

Great Wendy’s to go to. Clean, friendly, and get my order right every time. Order without salt like I said on one of my other reviews. They’ll pile the salt on like crazy.

I’m not one to review chains, but the employees at this Wendy’s kept me from throwing myself in front of traffic tonight (slightly over dramatic).
This is your standard Wendy’s– clean, bright, decent menu. But the employees were lightening fast AND friendly. I broke down 40 miles away from Columbus and was dropped here. The cashier actually asked if I was ok when I came in in tears to order 2 Jr bacon cheeseburgers. Other employees heard my dilemma and offered advice. THAT is customer service. Great job!
