Waffle House

Friendly staff that attended us fast. This is or should be normal since the place is empty not busy. Had a Chicken Bacon melt and it was ok but super salty. Its a decent place but the one off Exit 7 is still my favorite Waffle House. My son had a waffle and it was soggy not hard like other Waffle Houses. Decent place if your here already if not try another place.

My son and I sat down and waited 30 minutes and were not waited on. They were very short staffed. People were coming in and unable to sit down because the tables were not clean.

10 minutes and waiting. Dirty tables abound for an understaffed house with costumers lined up. I kind of feel bad for the two ladies working their hearts out for a bunch of drunkards at 2 in the morning. The one cook is doing his best but it’s at mountain man (duck dynasty) speed. None the less I will continue to wait for my hopefully delicious feast and sober up while I drink some Waffle House coffee. In all, it was a great experience I will soon not forget. 4 stars.

I give the cooks the credit for any star rating since breakfast was as good as could/​would be expected. If we rated customer service separately tho, they’d be getting no stars for that.
We walked in and stood in the open/​lobby section. There was no greeting or further instruction to wait to be seated or seat yourself. The restaurant is very small so we could tell there were no booths available for a party of 3. We sat in some empty chairs along the window to wait. When someone left a booth, it was cleared but we were not seated there, so we continued to wait for the cue. At that moment someone walked in and sat there! The man in the next booth over told the guy we were waiting for that table so he moved to the counter instead. We quickly claimed the table. Didnt matter tho cuz it still took a server about 3 minutes to come over, give us silverware and take our drink order.
The food was standard breakfast joint stuff, i cant complain. Our waitress never checked on us the whole time we were seated there about 45 minutes. I expected that tho. My husband left a $ 2 tip but even that was generous.
Theres so many waffle houses, if you must go to one, go to a different one! This one is crap.
