History
Established in 2015.
Ben Fogt launched The Flatrock Flatbread Company in 2011. The needs of the mobile operation grew to the point that it needed a kitchen to support the volume of pizzas and the number of events. In looking at the Elks Lodge, he decided that it would not be able to be a brick and mortar version of the open air food truck. Instead, it is taking on the character of the community and the people who already use the building.

Business Owner
Ben started cooking professionally when he was too young. It was something he returned to for fun and relaxation. Through a desire to connect more people to the local food system, he started The Flatrock Flatbread Company, and open air food truck. He soon learned that there is a difference between making a pizza for a family and making hundreds for hundreds of families.
He is known for creating innovations in pizza form including Eggs Benedict and Pesto Chorizo pizzas.
