Didn’t know what to expect from a root beer tasting; I’ve only been to a few beer and wine tastings. It was a lot of fun. 10 brews available locally, plus a homemade one that might show up at a local bakery soon (I’d say it’s really more of a ginger ale, but it was still good.) We tasted, talked amongst ourselves and with the whole group, and tasted some more.
Karl and the rest of the staff at Wild Goose kept things flowing with samples for all and commentary. They’re going to be doing another, June 27th I think, with a different assortment of root beers.
